Electricity, like my father: absent

I come with a lot of text, but it helps me to explain and also drain about it.
I trust that we are in a calm environment here so I wanted to tell you a few things regarding my current situation as this affects and will affect my performance until it's resolved.
For a week and a half in the area where I live, here in Venezuela, we have been suffering very strong power outages throughout the day (In general, there are usually electrical downturns or they directly removed it for a few hours, but the current intensity and frequency is much higher), some of these outages have led to power failures that last for hours and even days (depending on area).
A week ago, in view of the electrical downturns, the electricity company that supplies the country has begun to ration electricity in at least 5 states of the country, rationing up to 4/6 hours per sector and up to 2 times every day.
My area isn't the most affected but for example, on Friday I spent a large part of the afternoon without electricity, on Sunday and Monday night I also had no electricity and yesterday I had no electricity for 8 hours.
Today they have scheduled a ration from 9am to 1pm in my area, a ration that may or may not be extended.
I'm currently working on the next page of the comic, which is what takes the most time each month, but I really can't keep up with a normal rhythm of work when every so often throughout the day there is a drop in light or when I spend X amount of hours without electricity.
That added to the work and emotional stress that the situation generates in me, makes me very helpless and afraid that a blackout like the one in 2019 will happen and I will be without electricity for 5 days or more again.
If all goes well, I will be arriving in Spain on May 13th and the electricity problems will stop, but until then this is it.
I hope you can understand and be patient about it, it's something that is completely out of my hands and that no matter how much they give "schedules" the truth is that they almost never comply with them and they don't usually give answers about it either.
