You know there's a good chance Dante Basco was cast in this because of Dave Filoni. It was Dave's work on Avatar that drew the attention of George Lucas and landed him the job on Clone Wars. Oh and also, if anyone is curious, the story of Zare Leonis and what happens with his sister was told in a book series called Servants of the Empire.
