I mean, the voice is actor Stephen Fry, not Ian McDermid who plays Palpatine. They just have similar accents, and perhaps could be from nearby areas of England.

I still say the supervisor sounded like Palpatine....he could have had that planet in hiding....hmm? I heard that there is no season 2, but I think we need one.

2025-03-04 06:49:14 +0000 UTCThank you both for covering this one. 😊 This turned out to be one of my favorite "Star Wars" shows. And loved the episode reactions. I loved how each of the kids got their chance to be a hero once the pirates showed up on the planet. And even Wim's dad and eventually Fern's mom helped. Wim's dad was having the best time on that speeder bike. Love it! We learned of the tiny bit of Jedi training that Jod got when he was younger. I really hope that there's a season two. I'm curious about where Jod will end up. And I would love to see another adventure with KB, Fern, Wim, Neel, SM-33(who was brought back thanks to KB).
