2024-06-25 19:11:39 +0000 UTCSo wait... you think I wanted that spoiled? You think THEY want to read that and get spoiled? 😫 I'd heard about him playing someone in the show a long while back, but since STORY AND CHARACTER APPERENCES are spoilers, that's the last I'd heard.

2024-06-25 19:02:52 +0000 UTCHe's been announced to appear in the Skeleton Crew series coming soon. He'll be played by - I kid you not - Steve Urkel himself, Jaleel White.

2024-06-25 07:03:10 +0000 UTCGot to keep in mind for a lot of us this WAS the ending of the series in 2014. We had no real hope for anything further and I think they did a great job here wrapping up the show and storyline since there's only so much they can do because we were already well aware of what the future would bring. But then what a pleasant surprise 6 YEARS LATER... #CloneWarsSaved brought us an even more fulfilling final chapter to this journey, in my opinion of course. I think they're probably going to follow the "Ultimate Edition" and watch RotS prior to the last 4 episodes which chronologically would make sense as well.

2024-06-24 06:20:47 +0000 UTCGuys! I've been with you for this Clone Wars journey since Day 1! Now it's time for Season 7! YES!!! I won't give you any spoilers, but I will say that episodes 1-5 play out like a mini movie. Actually, the whole season plays out like 3 mini movies. I can't wait to watch with you guys. Let's Go!

2024-06-24 03:56:38 +0000 UTC*Another Long But Fun Comment on Force Lore For This Episode!* Yo! Y'all were right on the money on how younger Palpatine was portrayed in the EU books. 😂 He hated his father so much that he rejected the first name his father gave him and just stuck with his surname. (His first name is Sheev). There's a book by James Luceno that covers Palpatine's apprenticeship as well as his master. DON'T READ IT UNTIL AFTER REVENGE OF THE SITH! Now, just how exactly does this episode tie into the last one? Well, it has to do with how George Lucas wanted to form the Force Ghosts as a REWARD system. NOT an inheritance one. There were EU comics made way before The Phantom Menace came out that focused on the ancient Jedi and Sith that were mentioned in this episode. In their version, both Sith and Jedi were capable of somehow interacting with the living. The authors kind of had this Yin and Yang philosophy about The Force. 'One cannot exist without the other & they're both equally valid to use' kind of thing. (Like you and your Grey Jedi comments.😂) Lucas completely rejected this though. Yes, he kept some of the symbolism (The Mortis Trilogy), but Lucas saw the Dark Side as truly evil. The Dark Side being unadulterated selfishness and The Light Side being unmitigated selflessness. He originally thought of including ancient Sith Ghosts in the Mortis Trilogy, but chose to take it out. Why should evil get such a benefit? He came to understand that Ghosts should only be seen as a gift from The Light. A RARE gift at that. He's talked about before how bringing 'balance to The Force' doesn't have to do with destroying the Dark Side. It has to do with destroying the RADICAL PEOPLE that have given themselves completely over to it. The ones that deal out utter evil to the galaxy. THAT'S what a Sith Lord is. It's why people like Ventress wouldn't be considered Sith. It's also why Anakin's redemption by his son is so sublime! 😄 EVERY time I watch this arc, I'm reminded how much Lucas has utterly mastered the piece-meal style of writing. Taking something that was once established that you didn't have too many plans for at the time, but eventually incorporating it with your current story in a way THAT MAKES SENSE. I know some fans lament how this makes most of those comics completely impossible to put into Lucas' canon, but I prefer the reward system over the inheritance one. How about you?🫡

2024-06-23 21:18:23 +0000 UTCI finished reading the Revenge of the Sith novel the other day, and this arc ties in seamlessly 🔥 Star Wars animation doesn’t mess around when it comes to storytelling and ripping your heart up. They add their own uniqueness while also adding so much depth to stories that are already great 👏🏻
