Have a look at the way Dooku is fighting Obi-Wan and Anakin in this episode, it's genius. Anakin is stronger attacking than he is defending and Obi-Wan is stronger defending than he is attacking. So what does Dooku do? He attacks Anakin, forcing him to defend, and is defensive against Obi-Wan, forcing him to attack.

Fun fact you might not know according to the comics Dooku and Sifo Dyas were best friends as kids when they trained in the Jedi temple and it was Palpatine who told Dooku to kill him when he didn’t want to. That’s how the sith were able to cover up creating the clone army up until this episode because they just said “Oh Sifo Dyas saw a great conflict he made the army”. Palpatine stay manipulating
