It's crazy how anime always has real-world similarities. In this episode I saw Jet and his band of rebels as certain factions of Palestinian resistance groups (they all have different tactics) and the Fire Nation as Israel/the Israeli Defense Force. Things like this have happened all throughout history on repeat. Great episode.
