Nothings changed about his appearance lol he's spent hundreds of years absorbing creatures. I think it's been a while so you forgot his vibe but his story is tragic. He was just stuck suffering in his ended universe but he helped the Watcher when he needed it against Infinity Ultron. So I definitely wouldn't call him evil. Steve and Peggy always go through tragedy. But it's good that we saw the universe where they did actually have their happy ending.
