Certainly in Cyberpunk you cannot judge a book by its cover, And nothing embodies this more than Rebecca. Body-modding is a massive part of the Cyberpunk setting, and you can look ANY way you want, for whatever reason. There are petite adults, and there exists a moe-moe fandom. But for all we know 21 y/o Rebecca could have started as a 6' 7 340 pound lumberJack named Kevin..... Or...
