Regarding "Children can't be blamed". Maybe it's a sign that Rudjerd doesn't feel that Rudy is a child. Because if he'd view him a child, I doubt he will listen to Rudy's commands, like "stay in place and not help the children in face of danger"- his kind of "main agenda" actually. He views him differently, like an equal or somewhat with authority over him, this might be the reason why he said what he said in front of Rudy. He unconsciously proved that there is not a child in front of him, regardless how Rudy looks like. Kind of the same thing happened when he called him "a big brother", while talking to Eris. So maybe it's not a hypocrisy, but a sneak peek in Rudjerd's subconscious and their party relations.

2022-10-14 04:49:06 +0000 UTCThe animation is not even the most important component of this show, but, man the crazy consistency of animation quality all the way trough from beginning to end is something to praise, even taking out the sakuga moments out of the equation. This is the episode that convinced me this story is a masterpiece or at least that it was gonna be a masterpiece, and I was right.
