2022-07-09 02:30:48 +0000 UTCEpisode 11 was an absolutely effective cour finale. We have the sense of impending doom throughout, with the tension of the after credits moment hammering it home. I couldn't wait until the next episode, and didn't quite realize it was a recap "Special Episode." There was the moment of stillness with Lena's scenes, and I thought finding out Albrecht's backstory was really sorrowful, his death wish was palpable, and it sets up Lena's upcoming arc. That piece in Shin's Jug was Rei's mark.
