This has to be my favorite episode from the 1st part of the anime. The episode is manly dialogue driven but it is done in such a way you are not feeling bored or overwhelmed at any point. I especially love the use of silence in certain key moments. By focusing on facial expressions and visual cues alone they manage to transmit complex emotions to us. Solid light-novel adaptation so far imo.
