I agree with Kevin. The show does start pretty rough. The first three or four episodes gave the show a rough start, but it was still worth it for the later development for me. I was hooked in the first season/cour, and its become one of my most memorable shows by the end of the second. Oh, and this is huge. ALWAYS watch for post credit scenes. There are some very important scenes especially in the latter half of the first season/cour and onwards.

2022-05-09 03:22:02 +0000 UTCHard to listen to a show you love get criticized, but you bring up valid points and I'm down for understanding how it could be better. Both Shin and Lena have a *lot* of character growth ahead of them! Good call on Lena's naive liberalism--she's the epitome of "silver" privilege at this point and that's going to get knocked out of her bit by bit. You've also picked up on some subtle rumblings in the 86 that you haven't quite been able to put a voice to. That's coming. Stick with the show! It will get more interesting!
