Only a few recent shows that may not be on your radar that I think you'd really like. Sonny Boy is absolutely phenomenal in every way from originality to writing to art direction to animation, plus its by Madhouse. Possibly give the Madoka Magica spinoff another chance, its first season was good but the second really improved on every front especially with animation. It has at least 4 movie budget level animation shaft scenes as well as overall better pacing and writing. Pretty Boy detective club is also another NisioisiN/Shaft/Shinbo collaboration (Im pretty sure those 3 names is enough to give it consideration) and is just a great time in typical weirdo shaft fashion. Aside from those maybe Yuuki Yuna or Heike Monogatari.

For summer Id say: - Second Season of Miss Kobayashis Dragon Maid(Seen) - Sonny Boy (havent seen but have heard good things about it). Also I know you dont do currently airing shows anymore but would still like to suggest: - Restaurant in another world season 2 - Demon slayer season 2 - Komi Cant Communicate. And finally if I had to suggest something unrelated to anything airing or shows youd normally not do, id be interested in: - Re;Zero - Mushoku Tensei I know most of these are not really shows that flew under the radar other than maybe sonny boy but I think these are all shows that either the art is breathtaking or the story is amazing or both and would be very interesting in hearing your thoughts
