Well, fellas... here we go!
All the characters have been created, we have got plenty to start! Loki is going to start rolling out on my Patreon very soon!
On the front row, from the left: Thor, Loki and Tyr
Goddesses from the left: Skadi, Freyja, Angurboda and Fenrei
On the background: Odin
Here's how this will work...
1) Constant release
Everytime a page is completed (which will be in story format, so one at a time, with text), we will publish it on our Patreon page, you don't have to wait a full month for releases. We will try to keep it going as much as we can in between a render and the other. I am thinking about following my Patreon's program and that will make it 2 pages per week, most likely on Saturdays and Sundays. If I reach my next goal, as planned, it will go up to 4.
2) For all pledges
No minimal Tier required, everyone can access it as long as they are pledged to me. This series is ENTIRELY for Patrons.
3) Releasing to the public
In this case there will be a very long wait in between one chapter and the other. Only after an entire story has been completed (and by stories we mean episodes), then it will be gathered up in a RaR file and released for everyone to enjoy for a small price.
4) Real Norse Mythology in Giantess style
What we are doing here, with the exceptions of the stories related to Angurboda, is straight taken from the Norse Mythology, we are not creating these stories, we are retelling what was written centuries ago, but in our own way. Many things will be changed, for example Fenrir becomes Fenrei and it's a hybrid between a woman and wolf... Jormungandur become Jormunganda and it's a Naga... And so on. These stories are what the Vikings used to tell each others under the glow of the Northern Lights, what their faith was based on...
5) A long journey
This will not be a short series. It will take a lot of time to complete and it will feature many chapters, inspired by Neil Gaiman's book "Norse Mythology", which was written by following the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda (which both tell the sagas of the Gods of Asgard)... And here is the list:
-The Players (just an introduction to the Norse Gods and Goddesses, with no proper story happening, just to let you know the characters. It will be rendered as quickly as possible to begin the proper stuff)
-The Treasures of the Gods
-The Masterbuilder
-Freyja's unusual wedding (probably the funniest and silliest story among the ones of the Gods of Asgard)
-Loki and Angurboda (invented by me and Lilith)
-The Children of Loki (expanded by me and Lilith)
-Loki and Thor's journey to Utgard
-The apples of immortality
-The death of Baldur
-The last days of Loki
-Ragnarok
We really hope you will enjoy this new series!
Cheers!
Lucifer and Lilith
