I feel like he would be less frustrating if he took an attitude more similar to Todo here. Despite not agreeing with Suzaku's actions Todo respects him and and tells him to stay strong in his resolve even if it means they are enemies. By comparison Suzaku acts like his enemies are completely unreasonable and tries to claim the moral highground despite working for genocidal conquerors.

2024-07-04 13:09:25 +0000 UTCAnother great reaction! I love Nivi losing it over Suzaku, and its because we love him, he is a nice guy. We just want him to do our perceived "right" thing (mind you I also agree with Lelouch/Zero) but I would guess that's how Suzaku feels about Zero and the Black Knights. "If only THEY would work with HIM, he could actually maybe achieve some stuff" is what I imagine Suzaku feels in those moments. A lot of his critiques to others feel like projection, especially when we remember that Mao said he has a "death wish" and now he constantly fights in the most dangerous situations for the Britannian military. Much love!

2024-07-01 22:23:08 +0000 UTCI'll have to look up the insert song in this episode later, but that voice sounds like Yasuaki Ide singing to me. *Edit, I guess it is Mikio Sakai. His voice made me think of the s-CRY-ed OP for some reason. I guess Sunrise just like that music style in their shows.
