So glad I finally got time to watch this! I love the contrast of Nivi discovering everything about Fallout and Cashew is able to give some context and lore from his knowledge of the games. I agree that Lucy is the best character, but maybe thats my bias from my love of Arcane:) Nivi is getting ridiculously good at guessing!!!

So, I can't decide if our vaults are still running their experiment as expected or if something went wrong. The fact that 32 got cleaned so quickly shows there's a greater organization still keeping tabs on our vaults. hmmmm. I think it's safe to assume 31 is the mastermind, but, and here's a wild guess, I don't think it's a real vault. My bet is that 31 is just a stand-in for something larger like the organization that the headless man came from. Remember how his backstory centered around breeding dogs and he decided to save a puppy that didn't meet expectations instead of burning it? What if that's 32 and 33? A breeding program that purges whatever vault doesn't meet expectations only to fill it up with the successful vault. Headless man did have a lot of information on Lucy. But why? To what end? This one's a real thinker.
