What do centralized healthcare providers need to know? History of their profession so they can make better adaptations for patients. If you listened to the Huberman/Rubin podcast I just did on Tetragrammaton you'll want more of the details that lead me to POMC and melanin. Here is the part of that story that EVERY MD needs to assimilate.

I'm confused about this paper, which mentions suppression of thermogenesis and BAT activity due to exposure to UVA triggering OPN5... which seems odd since I would have thought switching to catabolism would mean entering a state in which the body can burn fat more easily. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8130195/

Newtonian thinking is linear in its ideology, causes and effects on a macro scale. It's presence has dominated our views, and space travel... until recently. The cosmos is full of surprises according to NASA and Newtonian astrophysics. However, alternative theory of an electric universe is growing,. An informed, and emerging group has challenged the old paradigm of gravity, and big bang., etc. Our Earth is surrounded by the cosmic Emf spectrum and force from the cosmos with Birkland currents, connecting all the cosmos with electromotive force, and electromagnetic vibration, and fields and electricity...its a physical world. Our life on Earth is protected by its wonderful magnetoshpere, layers of ionisation of molecules in upper atmosphere, its a Faraday cage in many ways replicated in cell design. Life is trapped within her changing ecosystem in two ways, exogeneously from the cosmos and endogenous from within... just like our cells are trapped within us and when healthy transform 2nd Law of thermodynamics to have negative entropy. If you tell the wrong story to intelligent homosapiens they remember it. Being quiet when you know better is often a better option than speaking a lot when you're ignorant. If you cannot put your heart into it, take yourself out of it. Too many people stand in their own way as well these days. We become addicted to our thoughts. The world we have created is a process of our thinking. We can’t change anything if we can't change our thinking. Intuition is our epi-logic that cuts out all the routine processes of thought and leaps straight from the problem to the answer. Inside myself is a place where I live all alone and that is where I renew my springs so that my mind never dries up! Our dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born every day via our actions and choices to help us evolve! You know what to do now. The gap between learning and knowledge is called procrastination. Procrastination delays our success. The problem with procrastinating is that there may be no tomorrow for us. The antidote to procrastination is "Carpe Diem", to seize the day, gather the crops, visit your relatives, speak words of love, do acts of kindness, work on fulfilling your dream, and make an eternal decision to follow your conscious now. Talk is cheap for politicians and epidemiologists. Since talk is cheap, then being silent is expensive for the public and for MDs. Most folks it seems, can't afford to buy into it. It stimulates a cascade reaction inducing stimulation tyrosinase synthesis, and increase in the catalytic efficiency of the enzyme. a-MSH triggers the synthesis of cAMP, which initiates the pigmentation process and stimulates the synthesis of melanin granules and their disposal in melanosomes transferred from the dendrites of the melanocytes to nearby keratinocytes.

The other thing that strikes me about this is having seen EMF deposition models of the human skull that predict the likelihood of hotspots in the eye on the retina right where melanopsin lies and the retinohyporthalmic begins. Coincidences? Nope. It is all a POMC story linked to the ideas I shared with Huberman and Rick I wrote a blog on this very topic several years ago.
