Ishaan it is already elaborated exquisitely. Without melanin, you cannot make tryptamines chemicals. Then you have to take it exogenously and it never works as well as the programs in you

Dr. Jack Kruse

I am very clear at this point that I need to spend a lot more time in the sun and a lot less time under blue light closer to EMFs. I am compiling a list of other guidelines, and will continue to do so. Unfortunately I live in NYC (Brooklyn, at least) so it’s not the easiest place to have healthy light intake.

Ishaan

Alright I went ahead and read the article. I listened to the podcast the day it came out and it was the reason I subscribed. I also bought your book —I’m hoping the structure is elaborately laid out there (of course it’s hard to do so in blog posts and comments replies).

Ishaan

Thanks for the reply. I will read this today

Ishaan

If you get a benefit from mycology it means you are solar deficient. Getting sun is a wiser maneuver because of POMC biology. Psilocybin benefit is proof of melanin deficiency or renovation problem which leads to an inability to create tryptamines in the brain, pineal, and anywhere POMC is made

Dr. Jack Kruse

I did here: Check out my latest article: WHAT DO SKIN, MUSHROOMS, & CEPHALOPODS HAVE IN COMMON? What medicine is = we have a pill for that ill. What medicine should be: See the whole story and observe how the environment causes internal symptoms and defects. Fix the problem by altering the environment and watch to see if the defect declines. If you have not listened to part 1 of my HubermanLab and Rick Rubin podcast do so. I think you'll find the value in my work. Here is a starter blog for you. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/what-do-skin-mushrooms-cephalopods-have-common-jack-kruse

Dr. Jack Kruse

Hello. Thank you for providing such thoughtful privileged information. I would love for you to unify the theory with the beliefs of centralized medicine so they can start integrating this base layer understanding of life. I look forward to that. My question is, can you please write a thorough blog on the mechanism of psilocybin and the claim that it replaces the UV light within the body? I am extremely interested in this and one theory I am playing around with in my head is psilocybin amplifies certain frequencies or expands the band. I’m trying to reason through it but I think it would be a very valuable thing if you could share the mechanics in detail. Thank you again.

Aortic stenosis (melanopsin/melanin disease) is what Rick Rubin had and the topic of this podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/tetragrammaton-with-rick-rubin/id1671669052?i=1000610678541

Why do some body parts have different POMC expression in humans? Implications? http://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/why-do-some-body-parts-have-different-pomc-expression-in-humans.27574/

Dr. Jack Kruse

Hi Dr Jack! To create a melanin renovation Rx as you said, we have to supplement with L-Dopa or L-tyrosine as well as much sun exposure as we can?

Miquel

Hey Jack! Two quick questions: 1. Did your patient in this blog use solely solar exposure to reverse her condition, or did she supplement with things like tanning/Sperti? 2. One thing I'm not understanding about melanin: why is it that when I get a lot of UV expsoure, my hair goes lighter (I'm blonde hair/blue eyed)?

This is life changing jack, starting to put all the pieces together. Thank you!!

Dustin Raisanen

Thank you very much! It is simple but beautiful! I will do it! This is a hack! Thanks for everything, I will share my experience! I am now on vacation in Sri Lanka, the first day I spent 6 hours in the sun and I got sunburned! I read your post on instagram about if you sunburn, you need more sun, not less. So the next day I went back and I didn't burn anymore, I feel great! In just a few days I have shot a lot of melanin production in my skin! hopefully also inside me. The burn and the redness I understand that it is a brutal mobilization of blood to the outside of the skin to manufacture the thousands of substances that the body needs and then distribute them, hence you are more tired, the body devotes energy to something much more important and priority than the sympathetic system!

Miquel

Thanks Dr Jack! In 3 days I have read 12 of your post! I will read it again, to capture more knowledge! The articles are literally a work of art, they open up a new world of beauty and a sense of freedom! They are not only perfectly explained but also easy to understand! Thanks for your dedication! I'm looking forward to listening to your podcast with Dr Huberman and Mr Rubin! The world needs to know these truths! Best regards!

Miquel

Use glasses as I do. Put them on the bridge of the nose closer to the tip and when you need to see tip your head back. Always get glasses with a small lens to let the sun in around the frame.

Dr. Jack Kruse

I love it Miquel. You are wising up.

Dr. Jack Kruse

Now I have another idea, they say that Melanoma always appears in places that are not exposed to the sun. So the correct reading is not that they don't go to sun-exposed places, but that those melanocytes that migrate to sun-exposed areas literally solve their need for UV. On the other hand, melanocytes that do not find what they are looking for, light, is when melanoma proliferates. They are imprisoned there, on the back or wherever. To free them, you would only have to expose that area to the sun and then the melanoma would disappear, as the melanocytes would have satisfied their need for UV. Is this correct?

Miquel

Hi Jack! Brutal content, it's pure genius! I have an important question. I've been living indoors for 10 years, working 12 hours a day in the office. Now I am 31 years old and have several health problems. I have been exposing myself to the sun every day for several months now (I follow Carlos Stro in Spain), but now this information has made me realise my mistake. I have been using contact lenses for 15 years, I have 5 dioptres of myopia in each eye. What can I do if I shouldn't wear contact lenses or glasses? I won't see anything. I need your help to see how I can solve my health problems.

Miquel

Dear kind Madam Vicky, thank you for your connective response, as it does get rather a'loney (new word of my own), out here in grid land. Sometimes a person can get to feel one against the tide of life. You certainly have had quite a share of complex challenges that seem to pop up out of here, there, and everywhere. Reading your testimony of visiting symptoms got me to thinking. My grandmother never ever mentioned any symptomologies appearing and disappearing, then reappearing on and off, throughout her life at all. She lived on a farm growing her own vegetables, milking cows, taking care of pheasants, quail, and chickens. She also made clothing, spun her own yarn on the big wheel, utilized oil lamps, and candles. When she became a little older, her 4 sons (my dad and uncles) wanted to treat her to a clothes washer, dryer, and dishwasher for her birthday. They got the surprise of their lives when she demanded they return all "that junk" back to the store. She insisted on doing the wash by hand with the scrub board and bar of soap, the hand ringer to pre dry the clothes, and she insisted that my brother and I both take turns hand washing and drying the dishes every night. We thought she was old fashioned and not with the times. It would be as if my grandma filling in for Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman might say to all of that technology: "Your supposed to run on solar ignition, and you get paid with solar commissions - right? Not via some magic wizard AC technician. Wow... "Big mistake, Huge mistake". Well, it has become rather clear now that Grandma Elsie, knew what the real deal was all about. As you so succinctly state it as follows: "The Sun is indeed our support group as are all those with similar physical hurdles who we don't even know. I'm grateful to the Universal connection, as well as this internet which provides some proof of existence." Your words do wonders for the soul, in the sense that as I read and reread them, it spurs me on to do one thing, "get as much sun as I can" in the window of time opportunity. Thank you for spurring me onward to the affordance of sunlight, which is free for the asking and partaking. Sincerely, Michael.

michael john moreau

I'd forgotten about those times in mid 60's Roseburg, Oregon when I was forced to stay inside while the trucks drove by spraying a fog of poison. I didn't think anything about it as a child, thankfully I was kept inside, but there was no further caution, like 'don't play in the mud' or wash your hands because that poisonous residue is on every surface in our town. Looking back on that, it coincided with the beginning of migraines which I had to deal with my entire life until I had ovarian cysts removed in 2019. How bizarre that suddenly I was free. The auras and pain went away. Maybe the DDT caused my budding ovaries to develop those defects. Last year I tried Intermittent Fasting for the first time. Almost immediately, the swelling in my feet and ankles went away, arthritis pain disappeared, and I shed 22 lbs in a few months time. I survived Covid in January 2020. It created new problems for me, I almost passed out shopping for groceries, started having anxiety attacks, and dizzy episodes. A cardiologist listened to my woes via internet Zoom session, my first ever, and I was placed on low dose Amlodipine for high blood pressure and Atorvastatin for high cholesterol. I've recently dropped the statin meds and began taking 200mg Ubiquitol capsules every morning. (Thanks Dr.Jack!!) - Feeling stronger than ever. I've been cutting the 2.5 mg Amolodipine tablets in half for 2 weeks and I will stop taking those too, in spite of what they say about this medication - that 'once you start you can never stop'. I don't believe what they say. The Sun is indeed our support group as are all those with similar physical hurdles who we don't even know. I'm grateful to the Universal connection, as well as this internet which provides some proof of existence. Blessings to you on your journey, Michael John Moreau. Be well. Be better.

Hello Jack, I finally figured out the health challenge I have been struggling with for most of my life. I am 73 now and a few months ago I started getting as much sun as possible. I believe my thinking has become much clearer, as I notice your command of concepts has accelerated to a stellar speed in the detail in your more recent blog posts during the past 3 - 4 years. For me the clearer thinking is the realization of "dazed - hazed" memories have come flooding back to my awareness. Memories of 1955 when I was 5 years old and the city workers sprayed our neighborhood with DDT gas. I wound up completely paralyzed for many months. Was diagnosed with Polio, given 7 vaccine shots, and life was never the same anymore. Needles to say, I am now aware of the lifelong daze that the DDT gas effected on my life. I am caring for a Navy veteran brother who used to chase the spray truck. So did all the other kids around the block. I was the nerd who was afraid of the machine. But the gas was everywhere so you couldn't escape because no one ever knew when the "bug man" would show up. I am trusting in getting as much sun as possible from now on. I believe that mother nature can aid me in regeneration but to what extent I have no clue. My brother has become a brain fog person after all these years of trying to sedate with alcohol, drugs, and junk food, the effects of that poison gas, that my own government gassed children with. I finally found 2 books that have given me some clarity on the matter. DDT/Polio, by James West, and The Polio Paradox by Richard Bruno. West clearly details the effects of DDT on the population of humans which seem to have a two-year lag time from the spraying about the world to the onset of Polio increases. He does an excellent job of showing graphs for the rather compelling argument that wherever the DDT was sprayed, Polio tended to follow in its footsteps. I had no idea that laws were passed demanding that dairy farms had to spray their fields and pastures with the DDT in order to maintain their ability to continue running the farms. I had no idea what condition my body was in back in those days. However, I now know why learning was so difficult. I was living in a body which I though was normal, when all along I had no understanding of the nature of neuronal interruption that DDT hampered: in thinking, understanding, learning, adding, subtracting, abstract thinking, linear thinking, taste, smell, hearing, and interacting with life in general. After utilizing most every nutritional protocol for the past 30 years, I find no relief from the burning, aching, numbing, cramping, stiffening in my feet and hands. Walking is becoming very difficult as my balance has been compromised in the past six months. What most call neuropathy sensations I think are something else. For a short while I addressed things with cold thermogenesis 45-minute sessions, paleo, then Kito, then carnivore, for about 1 year each. That placed my A1C from 10+ to about 7.8. Tried intermittent fasting which I still continue at one meal a day. The Sun seems to be all that I have for a support group.

michael john moreau

No, This has been a worthwhile £6 a month. Much better than Netflix. And much more informative. I can see why the instinctual things I did as a child got me by rather than what I did post medical school. And why post medical school things fell apart. Nightshifts, insomnia, etc.

Am I the only quantum nerd that gets excited with anticipation when you see a Dr Kruse blog come in your email? And even more excited when you see its a monster blog like this one? Off now to happily dive into it.

Laura Kissmann

my pleasure

Dr. Jack Kruse

This was an absolute monster blog, but all the pieces fit! I enjoyed the hell out of this blog. Thank you!

christopher ward

yes, it will. I have covered this on many Q & A; as with my members at info@kruseatdestin.com You should consider becoming a full member. We have a Q & A coming up on 3/26

Dr. Jack Kruse

I have a rather off topic question but I hope you can allay my fears. Starlink satellites beaming 5G radiation down to earth. Will this affect us in any way ? When I was ten I wanted to find the cure for psoriasis. It covered me. It took me 30 years to figure that the cure had been shining in the sky all this time. Leo laboratories made an absolute fortune by patenting a vit d analogue with one extra phosphate group and when I remember saying to another doctor well if Dovonex is a vit D analogue why not just use Vitamin D . The look I got was murderous in it's intent. But I want to thank you and the person who pointed me in your direction. I intend to repair myself from now on

Rohen Kapur

This is just more evidence that our genes do not matter......but the state of WBG semiconductors are the key to biology.

Dr. Jack Kruse

Thanks Jack. Need to think and reflect about that.

Alper Willführ

I hope you reflect on that answer now. Colon cancer is easier to understand when you realize what the microbiome is really doing with POMC in the gut. Without the enterochromaffin cells in the gut loaded with melanin, the light show of the microbiome is useless to us. When you realize humans have a ton of POMC on abdominal skin and you realize humans rarely get UV light here you begin to see why colon cancer went from 37th cancer in 1900 to the third cancer killer in humans in 2023.

Dr. Jack Kruse

Cancer states all have one thing in common and it links directly back to melanin biology: Apoptosis physiologically doesn't operate as designed because the VDR gets redacted on the inner mitochondrial membrane. You can finally understand the Warburg effect when you understand how POMC biology and a lack of UV light are driving this process. Cancer cells have to keep bringing electrons to ECT, and this process happens because of ACTH from POMC. 65 million years ago this allowed mammals to survive without food. Today, because UV light has been deleted for longer time periods in humans than it was 65 million years ago, new collateral effects have occurred. A chronic cleavage of POMC - high levels of ACTH release to drive glucose and insulin levels. This tells us that endogenous UV light has to be liberated in an uncontrolled fashion when this process is present in mitochondria to create a constant source of blood glucose and insulin to maintain the pace. We know from Pritz Popp's work when eukaryotic cells have defective mitochondria they emit more UV light. They are designed not to release light. Prokaryotes release 5000 times more light than eukaryotic cells by design. This is a big clue we are using non-linear optics to signal. It is the control arm of all biochemistry. 65 million years ago this mechanism saved mammals with a disrupted food chain on Earth. This implies that the acute state of a lack of UV light control helps mammals survive for short periods of time. This told me the sun was not disrupted very long because if it was, mammals all would have died from cancer and they clearly did not. On a chronic basis, the lack of UV light controls on POMC will drive cancer diagnosis and growth. That is the modern burden of mammals today because this subtraction has gone on since 1893.

Dr. Jack Kruse

As result what happens? If you cannot absorb UV light because your melanin sheets are disrupted or dysfunctional due to a lack of UV-IR-A light on your surfaces, the melanosomes deep inside your skull and viscera begin to migrate toward your surface to find UV light at the surface. Here is where Einstein's relativity bites you in the ass. Without UV light created endogenously, you lose the ability to slow electron flow on the inner mitochondrial membrane. This is why Mother Nature put the VDR receptor there. When this occurs in mitochondria, we lose the ability to create melatonin in mitochondria deep inside our body, and slowly over time apoptosis becomes defective. Mitochondria and immune cells take our defective engines. Without endogenous VUV production, these organelles and cells cannot work well. What are the acute symptoms we see in our patients that this is ongoing slowly? Women tend to get melasma and hypothyroidism. Melanosomes migrate to the surface of their faces from deep in their skulls because of the surface's use of makeup, sunglasses, and sunscreen. A lack of UV light and extreme use of blue light drive this process. This is why I wrote the CPC #9 blog

Dr. Jack Kruse

1. What are the skin and eye doctors missing? (Really all MDs are) Neither one knows about Gurwitch's work on mitosis and UV light in Roeland van Wijk's book, neither know that cells that can't divide travel in our body to look for UV light release, and fewer have realized that modern lighting has totally subtracted out all UV light and most of the IR-A light leaving behind mostly blue light which causes massive ACTH release which drives blood glucose and insulin levels through the roof while also causing melanin degradation on our skin. High blood glucose and insulin make the melanin in your skin atrophy. This means you cannot absorb UV light well via your skin even if you were on the equator naked. Why? Answer: https://twitter.com/DrJackKruse/status/1636019966947348480

Dr. Jack Kruse

I love this question. It tells me your brain is engaged and thinking correctly. The answer will come later in this series but I am so pleased with this question that you will get my full response.

Dr. Jack Kruse

"When the light signal is lost mitosis stops and the cancerous cell can migrate to another tissue where the UV stimulus is present. That is what cancer really is at its core." Maybe i didn´t get this correctly, so please correct me if i am wrong: (i know that) chemotherapy "kills" cells with high mitosis-rate (so are tumor cells at their original location, so are metastatic tumor cells in a different organ), while this theory/observation would ??suggest?? to expose "tumor cells" to uv-light to upregulate mitosis again?? Because thats the original reason why they moved in the first place? Maybe i am a little confused. Help me out, Jack, please :)

Alper Willführ

Captain Kruse on the great ship Mitochondria, what has occurred during these past few blogs is a rather profound "beam me up Scotty" event which has me captivated as you discuss above. (That K3 event, or volcanic eruption, that you mentioned at the Nourishing Vermont 2016, has already echoed throughout all of space and will continue to reverberate eternally.) Continuing, the Sun has become the absolute Love of my Life, thanks to the aspects of your unfolding since the meniscus moment you encountered many years ago. It is so rather overwhelming that I am unable to find the descriptive words to language what I think, feel, and appreciate about this wonderous ball of Firey Yellow Glow we call the Sun. It has become my new sandbox to play within for the rest of my life. About what I am passionate about: well, that has always been the ability to write music and play my guitar. It has taken most of my life to hone and craft a persona that I call "City Cowboy". Somehow, the essence of creations permeating force, allows me a form of "stella transportation" to a place of creativity, that allows the primal cave man utterances, free guttural expression, which at first might sound like nonsense verbiage, becomes sensible through the give and take of conversing with the essence, a melodic form in present language, English. Voila, it becomes a friendly, enjoyable, musical song. Where, when, why, how, what, or who it pertains to is unknown to me, it just is a special form of language from ancient times before, that I have learned to allow it a free flowing through my just being, me. It is indescribable, like the Sun.

michael john moreau

New blog out? So Uncle Jack what exactly did you say for ten hours to Dr. Huberman and Rick Rubin over ten hours? All laid out in a monster format. We're going to try something new here. I want you to post one thing that you are passionate about, that drives you, and that you love. Anything goes. Below I posted my life's work in one blog. I am passionate about this story. It has become the love of my life. You can post anything and say something about it/them below. I'd rather you do it on the Patreon blog comments. I think once you read it you'll never see the world the same again. I'll start. For me figuring out how nature works to use light to build all the things we observe, and experience drives me. The most amazing thing light has built is my family. It astounds me that as light slowed down here on Earth by crashing into some atoms in a specific way that a creature like them could be created. You know you're found amazing love when you can't fall asleep without thinking about your passion because your own reality is finally better than anything ever found in your dreams before. And in the memories of those dreams, you recollect desires just to be the environment that fertilized this garden of ideas quietly, while it sustains that garden for just that moment, but it becomes the air that fuels you. In that wonder, your goal is to be unnoticed by that garden, but simultaneously necessary to sustain it with your care. In turn, the yield of your garden exceeds your imagination, your forgetting, your opiate, your complete oblivion.......... All these thoughts about this passion also came from starlight. That story is contained in this blog too. Sunlight has made love my remedy in this life. Love is linked to this story at a very fundamental level for me. I need to understand it fully before my "pilot light" goes out. Light organizes matter and hides in its electronic state but the type of light, the spectrum of this light from a source, has its own unique ability to sculpt atoms in specific ways to create new things from its inherent organizing ability. It is this ability hidden deep within the light that is the key to understanding life. It provides change without the perception of change. The thing that shows up every morning, which is most familiar, remains the most mysterious force in the Universe. That force organized every life system and every feeling of love that has ever existed. Matter exists to make love to light, to separate its electric and magnetic fields in ways that we just do not understand, and from this dance, light can sculpt a life, make a child, and create a new species. Everything man has known comes from the mysterious moves of our star’s light as it fell to this wet rocky planet. It is sheer amazement to me. Living systems are nests of abiotic carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen, organized together with traces of a few other elements, yet of a complexity of structure that has hitherto resisted all attempts at complete analysis because we do not understand how light and water bind and weave the process of atoms in things. This makes our protoplasm the most enduring and the most easily destroyed of substances we know; its molecules are constantly programmed electronically by light to break down constantly, yet reorganize under solar power to furnish the power for the manifestations of many vital phenomena. Yet, through its remarkable property of assimilation of light, a power possessed by few other things on earth, it constantly builds up its substance anew from the surrounding medium and it avoids our perception of its recipe. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds.....Sometimes all we need is just a little more understanding of ourselves and where we find ourselves......There is nothing like a fire on a cold night to get a mind to wander into fields it has not yet visited. Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of. When you are discontent your habits are not aligned with your core beliefs. Today create the habit of meeting regularly with your heart, your soul, and your mind, to come up with some good ways to get all of you on the same page. Today, begin to improve your former self. Quality people are like mountains on a flat landscape. Why is that? Because mountains stand out from their background! Everyone lives a life, but few attain excellence in all areas. What sets some lives apart is the quality they contain consistently, because of the effort they give daily. The quality of your life and its leadership is determined by the quality of your relationships. Quality is the level, standard, and "what" you are; it's your character. Quality is the "how" of your service. What sets you apart is the quality, excellence, and doing your very best every day. Quality people are of the highest caliber and possess attributes that we resonate with and aspire to. They do not settle for being mediocre, nominal, or ordinary. Today begin to pursue your passion for excellence and consistently find ways to enrich the lives of others. Today, begin to build your mountain. Transformational change is a state of bold total annihilation or what we were to something we envision ourselves to be. It can not simply be a better version of the business-as-usual approach. Transformational learning is a shift in our context of reality and our point of view about ourselves…………Be ready to think anew. This blog is that blog.

Dr. Jack Kruse

The more UV light we get on our skin, the more melanin inside our skulls can innovate new solutions the environment would throw at us. The more UV light we get the more POMC we get = the key to the melanin renovation Rx my farm members get from me. 👊
