QUANTUM ENGINEERING #17: DOES AIR POLLUTION LEAD TO ARTERIAL DISEASE?

Humans are not broken, but the environment they have built is ruining their health.  You must realize that air pollution to your skin is like wearing sunglasses to your eyes in how it reduces the quantum yield of sunlight to your arterial system.

Here is the link that shows you this is not hyperbole.

https://news.byu.edu/news/byu-researcher-links-air-pollution-blood-vessel-damage

I hope you begin to realize that hemoglobin and the arterial tree are designed to have the same spectral frequencies to red light in sunlight.  Recall red light makes up 43% of sunlight.  That is the largest fraction in sunlight.   So this begs the question what happens when the optical density or the charge density of hemoglobin and the arterial walls change with respect to each other when the sun is blocked by something? We call this change a change in the optical density of tissues. This fundamentally changes how both tissues can interact with sunlight just below the skin's surface. That is where your arteries are located.

This relationship is very similar to how a leaf controls the photosynthetic capacity in plants by altering the optics of light.

When the optical density of arteries change in relation to hemoglobin, we can observe a frequency shift in the arterial wall and this leads to a faster ubiquitin marking in the vessel and it ages faster in how proteins are altered as light frequencies change. As it ages its interaction with light changes by inducing a frequency shift in the light it will interact with. The result is a lack of cholesterol sulfate in the vessel wall, in the plasma of blood and in the collagen of the skin. What occurs when light undergoes a frequency shift?   Mitochondria make less melatonin and water.

Might atherosclerosis best be explained as being due to cholesterol sulfate deficiency in blood vessels that alters optical density of RBCs  to interact with sunlight? Did you know that atheromatous plaques replenish the supply of cholesterol and sulfate to the microvasculature, by exploiting superoxide to derive sulfate from homocysteine and other sulfur sources?

Recall from my Ubiquitination  #6  blog that in T2D superoxide pulses from cytochrome one (NAD+) is reduced or missing. If you read the thread on my forum about carotenoids you will see, in detail, how the superoxide free radical is made natural in cells via sunlight. Not all superoxide is equivalent because there is a dangerous singlet version and a non dangerous triplet version. Might the balance of superoxide type be dependent upon the optical density of the light of the sun and the optical density sensed by our skin, plasma, and arterial wall to cause atherosclerosis fundamentally?

A lack of negative charge inside the artery = more arterial aging.  Notice the electromagnetic fields that are normally present in arteries and RBCs as blood flows.

In my opinion, yes. It seems now others are also seeing what I see based on the cite in this post.   Putting all these ideas together you get the picture below.

Thank you Dr. Jack for your fantastic information. Now the question is where does a person get hold of the items you referenced? N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-1, 4-phenylenediamine, and ascorbate/Vitamin C. I can get ascorbate Vitamin C but the other two I have never heard of till you mentioned them? I will of course make my attempt to look them up and get them into some sense of understandable English to try and hunt them down.

Warren, not numbness per say, but more like aches and sore muscles, stiffness about the ankle and toes. Some call it neuropathy but that term really is never explained well enough to satisfy the reality of what a person is experiencing. The hardest part of any description of symptoms is the language that allows a reader to get into the body of the one feeling the discomfort. I have tried to describe it in other posts on Patrion, but it seems that the describing I attempt to do, does not come close to letting another reader get inside my body to feel what I am feeling. If I grabbed your toes and squeezed down on them, and someone grabbed your calves and squeezed around them, causing outside pressure, you would feel the sense of bearing through the skin, muscles and it would be something of a swelling pressure, inflammation is a good word for the swelling sensation, then soreness of muscles like you worked out on a stationary bike and overdid it. As you see, my attempts are not able to put someone into my skin. Thank you for replying to me and asking those questions. I see that Jack has also answered which I will be going over in a few hours. I know this, or I believe that this is what things should be like: Mother earth has got a design that is magnificent. For millennia we hominids have roamed this earth and the constituents of life were set in place to nurture and allow us to thrive. When I look at the world outside of my door or window, I see the plants, the creatures, the critters, the sky, the water, the air, and the Sun. Everything is being fed on all levels to take care of the requirements of those living entities. Things really got screwed up when very powerful people began to interfere with the workings of Natural Laws for greed, power, and control. I will be getting as much sun as I can as the days unwind.

Hey Chris, thank you for your informative regarding the aloe soothing plant leaf. Is this a special strain of the plant leaf that you mentioned. I know nothing about the specifics on Aloe Vera Candelabra but will begin looking into it in a few minutes after posting this. Hey again, now I can actually say I know someone from down under and use the famous phrase "Mate" and have added meaning instead of thinking about Crocodile Dundee as my only reference to Australia and putting another shrimp on the barbe. Jack also responded and I will check that out as well as the hacks you mentioned. My new location in California as caregiver for my ailing brother, is Hemet, CA, with a latitude of 33'44 N rather than the 49' in zip code 11701, Amityville, New York. At least here I am able to get as much sunning as I can possibly put into my day. My goal is - was to get nearer the panhandle beaches to be as close to the most sun in the USA. Then there is the dream of El Zonte beach in El Salvador, which gets me in the teens for latitude. As Jimmy Buffet might suggest for anyone: "dude, a change in attitude will bring about a change in latitude". In New York the UV is really minimal for a good 9 months of the year, which makes being a mitochondrial hominid very difficult on all levels. I also used to live in the state of Washington, which has almost the same latitude as New York, that 49'er number. So, moving to Hemet is at least a better place for yearly sunlight, grounding, and getting back into nature on all levels. Thank you kindly for getting back to me. Michael

When cytochrome 2 & 4 are knocked out sequentially we get a very unique collateral effect in mitochondrial phenotype. We see very bizarre damage to apoptosis signaling that I think explains the defects we see clinically in post-polio syndrome. How? Apoptosis is a result of the implementation of a complex cellular death program evolved to eliminate various forms of damaged or unwanted cells both during normal development and under different pathological conditions, including infectious diseases like polio. Apoptosis can be triggered by a broad variety of external and internal stimuli. Schematically, three major primary targets for these stimuli are known: (i) receptors on the cell surface, such as FAS, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptors, and so on; (ii) mitochondria; and (iii) the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The damage to cytochrome 4 = why the pathways to apoptosis are screwed up in a complex fashion and lead to non-homogenesis phenotypes. The pathways starting from these primary targets generally include, among other components, a cascade of cysteine proteinases or caspasesPoliovirus infection activates the apoptotic pathway, involving mitochondrial damage, cytochrome c efflux, and consecutive activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3. The apoptotic signal appears to be amplified by a loop that includes secondary processing of proapoptotic protein called Bid. The implementation of the apoptotic program in productively infected cells can be suppressed, however, by the viral antiapoptotic functions, which act at a step(s) downstream of the cytochrome c efflux. The suppression appears to be caused, at least in part, by aberrant processing and degradation of procaspase-9.

Poliovirus induces an early impairment of mitochondrial function by inhibiting succinate dehydrogenase activity = makes no water and impairs NO production at cytochrome 4. Polio essentially speeds up heteroplasmy. Getting optimal sun is the key response. Using PBM can help, but one needs more UV light in the mix. The mitochondrial Rx for a broken complex two is the addition of N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-1, 4-phenylenediamine, and ascorbate/Vitamin C. I know some have tried to change out MB for Vitamin C in acute flare-ups but I have no experience with that. Mitochondrial function is profoundly altered during acute or chronic poliovirus infection and this occurs primarily through the inhibition of electron flow at complex II of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Once you know this then you have to do things to optimize the mitochondrial damage.

Oysters out of a tin in water or olive oil.

Hi Michael, just read your life story. You've had a terrible run with polio. It's just a thought bubble of mine while reading your comments. I am the same age as you, give or take year..A little older. Here in Australia polio vaccination was oral Sabin vaccine. I understand in US when Sabin and Salk where vying for Senate approvals to manufacture Salk won. However, there was little or no real quality assurance on vaccine production back then..and so, instead of attenuated polio virus proteins in the Salk vaccine...10,000's of American kids were given vaccine with live or viable polio virus...subsequently were infected and developed polio. Horrible lifelong outcomes...My thoughts on your next step to overcome the symptoms with your feet, ankles and legs...I have experienced similar symptoms with fibromyalgia...Jack's posts on healing effects of near infra red, magnetism and mitochondrial health...are worth studying, again in the post above. My solution to the swollen painful muscles, tendons and everything else with your feet...may offer some insights. Firstly, I use to gently massage my muscles with Aloe Vera Candelabra raw plant leaf every morning.. it contains salicylic acid (active ingredient in Asprin) Cut the leaf into pads 2"×2" with knife cut the pads down through the centre...apply wet onto all the painful bits. It's a great natural pain reliever and it will be absorbed faster than water into your skin..keep it on all day. It's also a skin reviver, and good for burns and bad sunburn. If I was more scientific I would have taken a blood sample, from my foot..(which often had pkins and needle) and under a microscope have checked for RBC agglomeration...ie, RBC stuck together...ie, magnetic effects of heme. When your RBC are stuck together they cannot deliver oxygen to cells via capillaries...your cells cryout for help, and can build up metabolic waste or advanced gluconic end products AGE's, clog up circulation..and no repair occurs during sleep...it was particularly bad during the night with leg cramps, and restless legs..if metabollic pH becomes unbalanced cells will flood with water, and tissues swell up like balloons...The only way I could relief the swelling is ice baths or wading in shallows at the beach for a hour to relieve the swelling, followed by gentle massage, again with Aloe vera pads..the alternative was an Asian foot, leg massage..very expensive and not always that effective..quite costly. The only way I was able to permanently solve the swelling was to sunbathe for hour, swim for 20 mins and walk for 5klms...it's sort of like applying all Jack's protocols. Only thing is it's a summertime beach solution...and after reading Jack's latest post its Sleep, Vitamin D, and Melatonin 101 therapy. Your postcode at Amityville, New York is tough being frontend of winter, Perhaps try nearIR, and red-light lamp therapy, and ice bathing every second day and walking...However, if your sympathy caused by polio virus flare-ups...you may need to get antibodies checked...also, RBC may have or show antinuclear antibodies, or ANA..this is one of my issues, unfortunately it could be yours, as well. I hope this helps Micheal...and thank you for kind words of support for me and thoughts on a recent post of Jack's.. All the best, from Oz

I live in the outskirts of Indianapolis, IN, thankfully away from the interior of the city. I have heard you talk in your podcasts about eating Oysters as mitochondriac. That's obviously not in my local food web where I am located, but would that be one food you would still recommend eating out of the seasonal environment for someone repairing mitochondria?

Is it like numbness? That could be Multiple Sclerosis. I would look into terry wahls and the epi-paleo Rx book on the leaky gut. It looks like leaky gut, and foods that contribute to it just cause the body to go chaotic and attck the myelin sheath. My own experience with mercury and bad health leads me to believe that something is going on in the gut microbiome, yeast bad bacteria. But it all started as well, working in an office and not getting enough sunlight and grounding and being around nnEMF all the time. I am also sensitive to wifi now, if I am next to an emitter it makes me really fatigued and want to just lay down. Point being get away from nnEMF.

Great post and visuals.

Thank you, Jack, for this added facet of nature's prismatic offering for all of life. I see the point you are making "In Biophysics the smallest things have the biggest meaning in living things". Quite the revelation on how delicate and attentive to detail Mother Nature Is. Now we know this additional other piece of the mosaic... which leads one to consider... well then, what else evades us at present regarding the Sun, Air, Water, and Magnetism? It certainly provides added meaning to the phrase a renowned medical professional coined a while ago... "getting skin in the game". I will go through this material many times to "get" the deeper messages you are implying. I personally just found out what might be the issue which has haunting me for 67 years or at 5 years old. It was then wherein I became fully paralyzed. Then somehow, the good man upstairs let me come out of the fog and begin to readjust. They diagnosed me with Polio and from there they went on the administer 6 more Salk vaccines. Life was never the same. It was like a shock grenade of sorts blasted me into a stupor for many years. Long story short, I just realized from speaking with friends from the old days that the city sprayed our neighborhoods in Amityville, New York with DDT bug spray to fend off the mosquito's during the entire summer. Nobody had any AC back then and everybody had screens on the doors and windows. Since we never knew when the "bug man" was coming he always caught folks off guard. So, with both of these ingestions, one the DDT which was "air born" via natures "air" into the lungs, and the Salk ingestion via the blood by syringe, allowed to flow and run rampant, are there any thoughts or considerations on what a person might do to "chelate" or assist the body remove said constituents. I get morning balance sun, 10 to 3 UV sunlight, and about an hour of sunset. Doing Hot ambient sauna, Cold Therma at about 58 degrees/45 mins. Intermittent fasting once a day meal at 3 or 4 pm. No problems with any of that. Food, about 3 years on carnivore and your Paleo Rx plan. My concern is the other Salk's may be the culprit in what I have read about PPS - post polio syndrome for those unaware. Whatever I am going through is now creeping from my toes, up the ankle, and into the calves. It is very similar to the cramping, stiffening, and halting of physical movement. Thoughts from anyone would surely be entertained. Thanks in advance.

Thank you Dr Jack - my visual brain loves the pictures. After reading this, I am reflecting on my Mother who smoked a pack a day until her debilitating stroke (cerebellum) at 68 years young - she finally passed at 85 but did not walk or eat for most of those 14 years - but kept her spirits. She had sleep apnea and high blood pressure before the stroke and ironically gave to Heart and Stroke every year because "heart disease ran in her family". I can see now the lack of healthy air contributed. The only good thing in later years was she smoked outside, but always with glasses. Now I wonder how much her kids were affected by all that second hand smoke ) : Once again, so much gratitude for these articles.

Hey Jack! Great stuff as usual. Just an FYI, none of the pics showed up in this article. All I can see is the html /figure 'stuff'. Thanks for all you do!
