The brain is like the rest of your body; if you don’t use it, it gets de-conditioned with too little stimulation. It also can be tired out by too much stress or activity from modern life. It needs different "kinds of stimulation or exercise" to increase its varied function and requires both rest and recovery time to consolidate its gains.

To optimize brain function you need to limit inflammation by lowering the deuterium content of water in your mitochondria and in CSF.  This implies you must become a water muse, first and foremost. The autonomic nervous system (ANS) regulation is a function of light and water properly activating one another to control magnetic flux in the spinning ATPase on the 5th cytochrome. Water chemistry is key in getting dissimilar bodies of water in the blood and CSF to transform energy properly.  The vagus nerve connects dissimilar "bodies of water" within the human body to make them work coherently to optimize physiologic function. They use the light in that environment to make a connection or allow a mitochondrial disconnection which disrupts energy flows.

Cells are designed to be a repository of collectible wisdom from nature’s energy and information. That energy and data come to cells as and their energy and data are stored in water. Given our cellular design to capture and collected and decipher waves, no human being itself should be considered impaired innately, there are environmental that cause the impairment. Thus, it is incumbent on the clinician to recommend treatment for the environment their patient is in. People's colony of mitochondrial DNA react to an inferior environment, way before their RNA/DNA genome is altered. That is what the science of epigenetics and ubiquitin biology are telegraphing us, but the modern paradigm is not listening to this data. You must, if you want to avoid the sausage grinder of centralized medicine.

3. Depression is a disease that has a big stigma attached to it.  This is the reason why many avoid physician care and default to religious leaders for guidance.

Physicians tend to opt for biochemical and Big Pharma answers for depression.  Religious leaders default to what they know best and tend to only seek the spiritual answers.  While this is admirable for some, it often ignores the fact that bio-physics has practical answers as well for this condition

A few of the most practical pieces of advice for the public when dealing with depression are as follows -

A. Eliminate blue light exposure after dark because of the action of melanopsin on Vitamin A, D, and chromophores in the body. The reason is that melatonin production is mediated by the specific frequencies of light we expose ourselves to. Quality of sleep is critical to our body's natural healing processes.

B. Turn wifi & cell phones off at night at least 3 hours before bed. Hormones and neurotransmitters regulate our mood and other biological functions. Leptin and melatonin need 2-4 hours of dark to operate under the cover of darkness.  The release of hormones and neurotransmitters is determined by endogenous as well as environmental voltage levels caused by electric fields at specific frequencies. C. See every sunrise and sunset the rest of your life and this will eliminate the need for man's pills for symptoms.  Put your feet on the earth barefoot for 45-60min a day and get sunlight. It's a natural antioxidant. We're electrical beings. Wearing rubber on the bottom of our feet Blocks the subtle electric exchange between our body and the earth we've had for thousands of years. Sunlight is our most natural, efficient and healthiest source of Vitamin D.


When you get your downtime, don't just sit in front of the TV/laptop or stay inside. Make yourself get outside away from man's creation and immersed in Nature's creation.

D. Stop eating highly processed and refined foods not built by photosynthetic webs. This allows deuterium to enter the mitochondrial regiosn where the TCA cycle is operation to ruin the thermodynamics of how life transforms energy.  It's easy as a modern human to eat out all the time these days.  Stop snacking and consider how leptin works.  When the sun rises you eat like a King, lunch like a prince and dine as a pauper.  As the sun's light ages every day your food intake should drop.   Using food fuels incorrectly with sunlight is what feeds mitochondrial disease epidemics. Eat more seafood when possible, as it's our most natural, efficient, and healthiest source of DHA and EPA. Our body metabolizes seafood.  Humans are incapable of using DHA  in a processed supplement.

This is how change begins for those who choose to change their choices around the light they live under.  Avoid shift work and work at night inside under the power grid where things must be plugged into the power grid or connected to the Internet wirelessly.  The only wireless connection cells work well with is the sun, Schumann resonance, and our magnetic field of Earth.


4. Today's melanopsin wisdom of the 'blue light angels':  Do you find it ironic or understandable that all three of the cast of the original Charlies  Angels on TV all came down with cancer considering they all lived a blue shifted life and spent their entire careers in Hollywood's blue light?  Jaqualine Smith and Kate Jackson both came down with breast cancer and one of the actresses is already dead (Farrah Fawcett) from a form of anal cancer that is linked to low solar exposure and low Vitamin D levels.  She might be a real Angel now, but I cannot help but remind all the 50-year-olds out there that watched these three ladies real lives did not match the idyllic lives their stardom projected to the public.  They all lived in California (nnEMF that lowered their ability to make D3) and they all got sick early in their life from cancers linked to low Vitamin D levels.  Their story is a lesson in melanopsin wisdom.  Blue light is a serious toxin of modern living.

SUMMARY

Here is a counterintuitive truth of nature.  Never be afraid to be confused. Nature is designed to beguile us.  In fact, we should try to remain permanently confused. In this state, anything is possible because we remain intensely curious and we seek to learn. Stay open, forever, so open it hurts, and then open up some more, until the day you die.  If you do you will live a full life because you'll have spent every day learning.

With technology as our headwind, we can say for sure is that humanity is entering uncharted territory for healthcare risk.

Technophiles can continue to use that which they are accustomed to and addicted too.  I have no qualms with this.  My job as a physician educator is just to show the the other side of this coin.  Most physicians wont and cant discuss this with patients because they have no idea how the physics of technology affects the biophysics built into cells by nature.  So the easiest way to teach about the danger of technology is to show you how they conduct their research.  It is done slyly by industry to gain the results they want.  They learned this from the tobacco lobby and their legal teams who successfully got away with this for close to 80 years while the published research was conducted to misguide humans.  This allowed the money to continue to roll in from the addicted public.  Misinformation and doubt is the key in the wireless industry play book.  The younger the brain is the more risk is involved in technology use.

This is a very confusing topic for the lay public and especially for physicians because their knowledge is lacking in this area.  Some of us have re-educated ourselves and this is why we teach the public who want to learn. Lots of research has been done and some of the research is pretty inconclusive.  This helps Apple, Verizon, and Google by design.  The research is often this way by design when experiments are contrived. The wireless industry wants to keep you confused so you keep using their products so the cash flow rolls in.

Take the often cited Interphone Study linked here. There’s a slight conflict of interest in the study since 29% of it was funded by the wireless industry. The other problem with this study is that a lot of the research doesn’t look at those with high cell phone usage. That’s like doing a study on obesity looking a people that are slightly overweight. The interesting thing is that the parts of the study that did look at high cell phone users found a doubling and up to a quadrupling of tumors.

I also find it curious that it took 5 years to release the study after it was complete. Not because the science wasn’t clear. But due to the intense politics that took place between the members of the team, some of whom were from the mobile industry.


The conclusion of the study? Overall, no increase in risk of glioma or meningioma was observed with use of mobile phones. However taking a look at some of the actual findings in Appendix 2 showed there was a significant increase in brain cancer in those with high mobile phone usage.  In my own experience as neurosurgeon, I have a sense we are going to see a massive bloom in glioma very soon.  


It takes about 20 years to see tumors from radiation explode and so far in my own experience this has begun.  There are many other surgeons now also reporting the same experience in their young heavy tech users.  So be careful folks when you put those phones up to your head.  You've been warned to use the precaution principle before you feed your addiction.  The NTP study published on November 1, 2018 has already showed us that the interphone study was highly flawed because of the methodology that the Mobile lobby added to the study design because they paid for the study.  Caveat emptor.

Glad you guys brought this up again; been wondering all summer – Can someone please explain the apparent PARADOX of heat (IR) preparing the skin (& eyes?) for UV (as in hybrid tanning)—vs. the doctrine that cooler surfaces (skin goosebumps & cornea tears) absorb UV light more effectively? ps. I have an Erikhill tester. It tests E-field (V/m) and H-field (mG or uT). Maybe my meter isn't testing important fields. Which meter should I look for?

Dave - sounds like you are measuring the Electric field only wiht the V/m. Not sure what meter you have but if its a Trifield or Cornet - check the Mode and see if you can find the RF (should be microwatts/m2). Go test your router and cell phone again - you will be in for a shock.

Thanks to your article, I did schedule my wifi to turn off at night. However, I was curious to see how much it made a difference, so I purchased an EMF meter. To my surprise, the wifi access points (Unifi brand), phones and tables didn't have a high reading (under 20 V/m) at all compared to a charging device (over 200 V/m). Also, the bluetooth headphones which I was using a lot had a low reading as well compared to just a plugged in USB wire or my light switches. Can you tell me what you think to be a high EMF reading? What measurements should I be worried about? Right now I consider blue light to be more disruptive to my health than EMF. What do you think?

We have identified a new type of retinal ganglion cell that needs SN-2 DHA to operate, the neurons in the retina that encode the visual environment and transmit information back to the brain. (study published in Neuron) The specific features of this cell, which is called a "bursty suppressed-by-contrast" (bSbC) retinal ganglion cell (RGC), overturn a decades-old assumption about the relationship between the cells' inputs from photoreceptors and outputs to the brain. The classic view was that these ganglion cells simply integrate their excitation and inhibition inputs, and that will tell you how the cell responds to visual stimulus. The new data reveals that these cells have their own intrinsic computation that link directly back to light computation and the ability to tell time. You think a lab supplement operates as good as a clock gear built by Nature? This finding for a vegan is as delicate as a jackhammer. Nature could care less about your wants, needs, or beliefs. She wants you to pay attention to how you are built to work in her frame work. In the study in Neuron, investigators compared the responses of OFFsA and bSbC ganglion cell types to different visual stimuli, recording the resulting signals that would be sent to the brain. The study authors discovered the bSbC has a curious quantum mechanism: The cell has a baseline rate of signaling towards the brain, but both increases and decreases in light result in decreased signaling, a one-way signaling pattern. It means the signaling can only go down. Now ask yourself why the system has a fidelity built like this? Further, the investigators tested the classic view of how these ganglion cells integrate inputs. These cells receive excitatory and inhibitory signals from photoreceptors in the retina, and the prevailing centralized theory dictated that these inputs combine to reach some threshold that causes a change in signaling output. To test this, researchers swapped the inputs into the OFFsA and bSbC ganglion cells with one another, finding that the output signaling in this experiment was identical to normal activity. This means these retinal ganglion cells have their own UNIQUE ion channels that impact their own output, their own set of electrical conductances that contribute to the output. The Blueprint Of The Biological Clock is the key to understanding ALL modern illness. The discovery of a major gear in the biological clock called REV-ERBα and REV-ERBβ tells the body when to sleep and metabolize food may lead to new ways to treat sleep problems and metabolic disorders, including cancer & diabetes. In mammals, the circadian timing system is orchestrated by a central clock in the brain (SCN) and subsidiary clocks in most other organs. The master clock in the brain is set by light/dark cycles of the day by the sun and determines the overall diurnal or nocturnal preference of an animal, including sleep-wake cycles and feeding behavior. Artificial light from any source afflicts the periodicity of the clock leading to DISEASES. The severity of the diseases is linked to the severity of the light/dark mismatch and how low mitochondrial melatonin levels remain in tissues that get these diseases. Nurses/MDs, emergency personnel and others who work shifts that alter the normal 24-hour cycle of waking and sleeping are at much higher risk for a number of diseases, including metabolic disorders such as diabetes. To address this, scientists are trying to understand precisely how the biological clock works and uncover possible targets for drugs that could adjust the circadian rhythm in people with sleep disorders and circadian-associated metabolic disorders. Scientists knew that two genes, BMAL1 and CLOCK, worked together at the core of the clock’s molecular machinery to activate the network of circadian genes. In this way, BMAL1 acts like the accelerator on a car, activating genes to rev up our physiology each morning so that we are alert, hungry and physically active. Prior to this work REV-ERBα and β were thought to play only a minor role in these cycles, possibly working together to slow CLOCK-BMAL1 activity to make minor adjustments to keep the clock running on time. However, genetic studies of two genes with similar functions can be very difficult and thus the real importance of REV-ERBα and β remained mysterious. Salk scientists recently got around this hurdle by developing mice in which both genes could be turned off in the liver at any point by giving them an estrogen derivative drug called tamoxifen. This is a drug oncologist give to women with breast cancer who have melanopsin toxicity that cause their cancers. Salk sceintists found that these mice could develop normally to adulthood, at which point the scientists could turn off REV-ERBα and REV-ERBβ in their livers —- an organ crucial to maintaining the correct balance of sugar and fat in blood —- to see what effects it had on circadian rhythms and metabolism. When they turned off both clock receptor genes with drugs, the animal’s biological clocks went haywire, and this caused the animals to create diseases rapidly that mimicked chronic human disease generation over short time frames. Mice do not have the complex epigenetic machinery to repair these defects so the diseases showed up rapidly in these animals. In fact, the mice started running on their exercise wheels when they should have been sleeping. This suggested REV-ERBα and REV-ERBβ aren’t an auxiliary system that makes minor adjustments to the periodicity of the clocks in biology. Instead, they are an integral part of the clock’s core mechanism that controls periodicity so the clocks remain excellent measurements tools of entropy inside of cells. Without them working properly, the biological clocks in cells can’t function properly, and disease results. Digging more deeply into the clockworks, the Salk scientists mapped out the genes that the REV-ERBs control to keep the body operating on the right schedule, finding that they overlap with hundreds of the same genes controlled by CLOCK and BMAL1. This and other findings suggested that the REV-ERBs, act as a "break on" the genes BMAL1 activates. The scientists thought that the core of the clock was an accelerator mechanism, and that all REV-ERBα and REV-ERBβ did was to pull the foot off that pedal. This idea was wrong. What the data now shows is what I have said for 20 years, that these time receptors act directly as a break to slow clock activity. They are capable of TIME DILATION to maintain health. Now we’ve got a accelerator and a break, each equally important in creating the daily rhythm of the clock. The scientists also found that the REV-ERBs control the activity of hundreds of genes involved metabolism, including those responsible for controlling levels of fats and bile. The mice in which REV-ERBα and REV-ERBβ were turned off had high levels of fat and sugar in their blood —- common problems in people with metabolic disorders like diabetes. This altered their ROS signals in mitochondria. Most diabetics lack a superoxide pulse at cytochrome one because their clocks are horrible at telling time because of blue light (nnEMF) toxicity This explains how our cellular metabolism is tied to SOLAR daylight cycles determined by the movements of the sun and the earth. It also points out how dangerous man made light is for humans. When you know better, you can do better. I happened to be at a "good will" store on Thursday, September 1st. Came across a PBS video, volume one and volume two, entitled, "Planet Earth." Many years ago, approx. 10 years, I recall taking my son to see this video. Within the first ten minutes the viewer is transfixed to Antarctica to visit the penguins who survive the dark no sun winter in minus 70 weather. So, we mammals can see "CT" at its best by our thick-skinned relatives. Then there is the scene with a mother polar bear and her two cubs emerging from their igloo in the snow after the hibernation of many months. What is amazing, is that this life event is really occurring & re-occurring year after year for all to see. It's a great video and anyone can benefit from giving it a viewing at some point in time. It's a video underscoring exactly what Jack is highlighting above with the point of what is still happening in the Arctic today. By the way, for any of you folks who live near the Eastern part of the Gulf, near the panhandle area, you can get fresh wild caught Antarctic Salmon shipped in from the South waters. Artificial man made light contains massive amplification of blue light frequencies while subtracting out all the purple and red light.
