HYPOXIA #13: WILL YOUR ABILITY TO BREATH BE HARMED FROM SPACE SOON?

What if I told you that your breath may get stolen under the guise of progress?  Would you believe me?  

Today it is time to show how the Patriot Act, IoT, and the DOD/NSA/CIA and SpaceX are really linked.  Most people have no idea/hypothesis I have is a direct violation of the 4th amendment right in the Constitution.  Our privacy rights are now under seige now by the DOD and FCC and it is being done in plain sight using an old game plan..........bait and Switch.  It worked before in the Warren Commission Report and now I believe it will be used again by selling the promise of progress and keeping ahead in the intel race with the Chinese Communist Party.

The current events of COVID-19 and the cming use of nanotechnogy with RFID chipsets is no longer a conspiracy theory.  It is becoming more plausible daily.  This process is being driven by government burocracies that have never been subject to any votes by the public.  These are programs that run across many decades and many presidental administrations run by the militaries Joint Chiefs of Staff.  When these men of war are questioned they always hide behind the veil of national security.  The tech industry was built by DOD contracts in the 1950's and 1960's to give the industrial military complex under Eisenhower and Nixon the capability to wage war when Congress refused to send them the money to run their own agendas.  That is the basis of the Deep State in the USA.  Using the technocracy front for progress and business, gives them plausible deniability for future nefarious uses of this technology.

How do I see this playing out from Dec 2020 onward?  How will 5G be used to harm the public?  

The story that will be spun by the FCC and the main stream media is that we need bandwidth to run the new 5G internet with high bandwidth.  All the positives linked to the bandwidth will be trumpeted loudly but none of the inherent risks with doing so will be mentioned.  The media will be used to bury the negative connotations associated with the plan.  I believe this is why Obama went hard after Edward Snowden during his presidency.  I believe Edward Snowden figured out how the overall global plan for unifying operation Mockingbird and MKUltra would be deployed using the FCC and NIH are covert DOD departments in waging wars electromagnetically on Americans.  I believe the industrial military complex has realized post Vietnam that waging war on your on population is far more profitable and less costly in bad media to the military to they can keep their coffers filled for the next 50-75 years to operate as they wish independent of who is elected in Congress or the Presidency.  This defines a shadow government.  The seeds were sowed during Eisenhower's Presidency and the first major tests of the ability happened during the 1960's when the shadow government got away with highway robbery and murder.  Most of you hear those details in the last few months webinar in 2020.  Considering joining my tribe as a member to hear them all. 

WHY DOES THE GOVERNMENT FAVOR ELON MUSK SO MUCH?

They needed him to cut costs of deploying satellites in space so they can intercept C-Band data.  NASA was costing the DOD dearly from 1969-2019 so the DoD found someone else to do their dirty work cheaper than than NASA could and the won.  The recent successful SpaceX launch won little fanfare in the media and I believe this was by design by the technocratic powers in Washington DC.  I found it more than interesting that the day of the launch, the media spotlight was turned to Minneapolis by a crime committed by a cop on George Floyd, whom both knew each other.  I also was attuned to just how much the media knew about the cop and Floyd without much forewarning.  It made me think both were patsy's for something else the government did not want the public focusing on.  All these events occurred simulataneously during the C-19 pandemic and race riots.

THE C-BAND ALLIANCE

The C-Band Alliance, or CBA, was established by Intelsat (NYSE: I), SES (Euronext Paris: SESG), Eutelsat (Euronext Paris: ETL), and Telesat to implement the safe and efficient clearing and repurposing of C-band spectrum, supporting the United States in its goal of leadership in 5G deployment and innovation.

In October 2019, the C-Band Alliance (CBA) announced that it will commit to clear 300 MHz of C-band spectrum to support fast 5G wireless deployment throughout the continental U.S. In an updated filing with the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the CBA detailed that the 300 MHz of spectrum includes a 20-MHz guard band to protect existing satellite services from 5G interference.  This alliance is formed by the 4 big space satellite companies who run the C-Band today.  They likely won't do it for long if the DoD has their way.  

Who is the FCC and DoD favoring now to break the C-Band?  Elon Musk.  If he can get the industrial military complex's satellites into space the C-Band Alliance no longer needs to be paid off.  HYPERLINK 

Further enhancing its plan to clear spectrum quickly, the first tranche—which clears spectrum within 18 months of an FCC order in 46 top metropolitan zones—is now increased to 120 MHz, inclusive of the 20-MHz guard band. The second tranche of the remaining spectrum will be made available within 36 months from a CBA-led auction, providing cleared spectrum throughout the entire continental U.S.

Why would the mainstream media be a party to this story?  Why are they towing the government line here so much?   Why do they hate Trump as they do? 

Answer:  As it completed the work necessary to enhance its proposal, the CBA collaborated closely with U.S. broadcasters and programmers that serve nearly 120 million American homes via the C-band. This work included analyzing the potential use by some customers of technologies such as advanced modulation, single format transport and advanced video compression, including High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC). Each of these technologies improves the efficiency of satellite video delivery, allowing the same video content to be transmitted over less spectrum. The CBA proposal commits to implement these technology upgrades at no cost to those satellite customers implementing them.

Now ask yourself why is the mainstream media so hell bent on getting TRUMP out of office in 2020?  When is the C-Band auction?  What is the timeline for the roll out?  Who has the power to stop the industrial military complex plan by the Constitution?  

THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA is the answer.  Whomever is elected in 2020 will oversee the signing of this legislation.  Maybe now you can see why the political and current events are unfolding as they are.  Why has Mad Dog Mattis and General Millet come out and criticize the sitting president?  Might Trump derail the whole plan?  

If you think this is far fetched, remember the same military cabal in Washington pulled off a coup d'etat when they conspired to murder a duly elected President when he would not go along with their plans for a war in Vietnam and when that president wanted to eliminate the Federal Reserve by backing Silver Note release by the US Treasury in the early 1960s.  

What is hiding in plain site today? The truth. Who is hiding it?  A shadow government running the USA who is immune to voting, might be the answer you just do not see yet..............

Who is the leading VP candidate for Biden now? Susan Rice. ABC News executive producer Ian CAMERON is married to SUSAN RICE, Obama's former National Security Adviser.  Rice ran the NSA.  Interesting huh?  

This is a huge conflict of interest but does anyone in the media or politics This is why you cannot trust any MSM. Might this explain the media coverages bias that we all see?  Why are they so brazen about it?  Is this 60 years of Mockingbird via the main stream media and MKUltra via tech screens paying off? 

Do the media care?  No.......because Rice's progressive politics marries to the media's political ideology and this fuels their ad revenue that allows them to be paid like celebrities are. Guess what happens when you are a former democrat who flips to the more conservative side of the political ledger? Is this why Trump scares the hell out of them?   THE MSM lies to the public repeatedly because they believe if they lie in unison and long enough the dumbed down public will buy their stories.

THE GAME PLAN FROM A 30,000 foot view.........for those of you who still do not see it.

Commercial satellite companies use the C-Band spectrum primarily for satellite communications — with the military serving as a major customer — or satellite television (DirectTV), but many telecommunications companies have eyed that same spectrum as the perfect space for 5G.  The military use is particularlly worrisome to me now for all the reasons laid out in this blog.  

Their link to this technology coupled with the nanotech research done at Harvard on humans via the NIH is concerning.  54 scientists were recently fired at the NIH for the links to the Chinese Communist Party and selling secrets of how nanotech RFID chips can be delivered in injections and medications safely.   Charles Lieber, chair of Harvard University’s department of chemistry and chemical biology was working on nanotech RFID chips to be delivered in vaccines.  He was also being paid by the Chinese communist party.  Guess where his work was being used?  WUHAN UNIVERSITY.  Interesting huh?   Where did C-19 come from?  Why did the media try to get Trump to stop calling it a Chinese virus?  Who is fighting for control of 5G?  China.  Has Mockingbird now gotten to the NIH?  I think so based on this link.  Are you still sure you think you know the truth about what is really going on in your world, between the media, government, and current events?

For those of you who do not know Mr. Ruby asked chief Justice Warren to remove him from the Dallas jail because he feared for his safety from the government after he killed Lee Harvery Oswald on National TV news.  Within a month of his penicillin injection he came down with a rapidly growing cancer and died without ever having to testify in the JFK assassination.  How convenient.  

The 2020 UPDATE TO THE 1963 PLAYBOOK

FCC Chairman Ajit Pai’s decision to sell off the C-Band spectrum via a public auction in 2018. Initially, this was seen as a negative, by the mainstream press, for the four satellite operators that hold that spectrum — Intelsat, SES, Eutelsat and Telesat. Those companies had hoped to auction off the spectrum themselves and make a return on their investment in the space. Intelsat, the biggest of the four, saw their stocks drop by 40 percent in Nov 2018 following this announcement.

Pai justified the decision back then, stating that the FCC needs to free up significant spectrum for 5G quickly while generating REVENUE for the government and ensuring continued C-band services.  So criticism that this is a money grab is plausible.  This is what the media and government want people to focus on because it is not the real goal.  I however, think the reason might be a lot more nefarious than that via the NSA/CIA link to the DOD and DOJ.  

Why do I believe this? 

Pai said in 2018, “after much deliberation and a thorough review of the extensive record, I have concluded that the best way to advance these principles is through an auction of 280 megahertz of the C-band conducted by the Federal Communications Commission by 12/31/2020.  Note the date.   When is election day?  

Legislation authorizing such an auction was quickly introduced by Sens. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., and John Thune, R-S.D in 2018.  If this legislation is passed (who signs bills into law?), the bill would require the public auction to start no later than Dec. 31, 2020.  

What is the real kicker here?  Here is where SpaceX and the military come in...........The auction will represent a security tradeoff, because this spectrum is being used by many DOD entities now.  NSA and CIA being two of the largest.  Neither will want to let the C-Band go without ensuring they get to monitor and control the use in any ways they see fit.  They will use the Patriot Act to gain this leverage.  

This is their Big Brother moment.  They can use this lever to shadow control many things globally in the world. While many industries have been eyeing C-Band for a long time because of its technology benefits, but the risk to the 4th amendment of the USA public is hugely concerning to me.  I also believe the industrial military complex is very worried about Trump.  Why?  Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.  Kavanaugh is the USA's best expert in 4th amendment cases.  He proved this when he spent years on the DC circuit.  He getting nominated and confirmed to the Supreme Court was a huge blow to the plan.  I hope you all recall what the judge was put through to get confirmed to the Court.  

I believe the NSA, CIA, and FBI used all their power and connections to derail his ascension to the Court because they see him as a serious future risk to the plan.  Trump nominating him was a problem they could not stop, and if Trump gets to add any more Supreme Court judges the industrial military complex control over the C-band by way of the Patriot Act could be in serious jeopardy.  

The C-Band has a frequency range between 4-8 GHz, as a prime location for 5G technology, the Department of Defense is currently THE major user of that spectrum for military satellite communications.  This is how the industrial military complex now run wars and their special operations.  

Here you can see internet connectivity meeting DOD satellite intelligence.  This is the Brave New World the Deep State has always coveted since WW2.  It is wholly based on a technocracy being built right before your eyes and most of you have no idea what is really going on.  This is a bold plan.  The people of the USA are the last war that needs to be fought before total power is handed over.

My concern is about the bait and switch......A lot of the story of the auctions of the electromagnetic spectrum in the U.S. ― really for the last 15 years ― has been moving spectrum away from DoD and towards commercial.  This is the common view.......my view is more sinister.  I think the government's intel agencies and DOD want to encourage the move to C-Band because then all Internet Providers basically have given the power of the global network to the USA intelligence agencies.........and paid them to do it.  That money then can go to find Black Ops for decades with no oversight from Congress or the President.  In a sense, this gives them ultimate power and control and makes them immune to elections and the power of the people.  That is how I see it.  Drop me a comment below.  Consider becoming a full member today.  Thanks for reading.
