LESSON LEARNED AT KRUSE LONGEVITY CENTER

This was a pretty amazing special weekend at Kruse Longevity Center FOR ME. We had a visit and situation develop here this weekend that could have derailed our treatments but then quantum entanglement stepped onto the stage and things began to change very rapidly. It has made me reflect deeply as I slept last night. With sleep, an answer emerged from thin air. What might have been horrible pathway........maybe the best thing to occur for me in quite some time.

When your purpose hits your passion you begin to hit targets you never saw when the problem emerged. This allows us to see things in a different light and it opens new doors in our mind to solve complex and tricky problems.

The hardest thing about the road not taken in your life is that you never know where it might have led. Never allow decisions like these to hinder you. It turns out Nature provides us some beautiful paths can't be discovered without getting lost from time to time in life as we live out our dying days. Embrace that discomfort and eventually, your brain will solve for X. The lesson is, learn to embrace the suck. You might be surprised where it takes you in your imagination. It may take you to the island of ideas you've never visited before where tools await you, to help you.

Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted in life. Nature always comes up with brilliant solutions for tricky problems, when she is given enough time and we do not interfere with her process. It turns out the Black Swan learns that the hard lessons experience brings us is often the most valuable thing Nature has to offer us when we are on our own ledge or precipice.

Will we accept the lesson no matter how bad it appears to our palate initially and let the process unfold?

Life is not a dress rehearsal. We have to think and act to make it count.

I am feeling blessed this AM because I gave chaos a chance to organize my thoughts.

Courage to make the hardest decisions in your life doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life. Embrace them.

If you always make the right decision, the safe decision,
the one most people make, you will be the same as everyone else. Refuse to be like the crowd and never settle for average when you can have extraordinary. If you do, you will pay a steep price called misery.

This is why I said in my banned Ted talk that Optimal health is a series of choices. As I slept last night I thought about what I said on that stage ten years ago to an audience or 2000 sleeping people to wake them up. It turns out reflecting on that talk as I slept gave me the answer I needed this AM. My hunger strike is over for my decision.

We all make choices, but in the end our choices make us. Today, I happen to like this reality.

Whatever you decide, don't let it be because you don't think you have a choice.

Do nothing, and nothing happens. Life is about decisions. You either make them or they're made for you, but you can't avoid them.

NOW GO LIGHT THE WORLD UP TODAY. Your tribe is waiting for you to go all in.

Begin where you are now.......

I want to know the right/correct new actions for an optimal me. Despite being "all in" in taking some new actions there is always MORE to take and leaving me behind causing me to be not "all in". My greatest desire is for a Jack Kruse "all in" worthy living/community here in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin but I don't even know what actions to take to make that happen. So much to learn!

Jennifer Peterson

My pleasure to serve the new you.......

Dr. Jack Kruse

"All in" only requires one thing........NEW ACTIONS your old self would not approve of.

Dr. Jack Kruse

I sure relate to the "leave me with headaches!" I lived in a constant low dopamine state before I was introduced to Jack Kruse and had to take dips into the information without getting frustrated and overwhelmed by all the information. Now a couple years later with implementing some changes, things are turning around. I hope to make it to the Longevity Center or consultations to "go all in" soon. I wonder what resources are needed to do that and if I even have the ability to do so. for instance the financial means...or the intellectual means to implement what it takes to go all in.

Jennifer Peterson

What do you mean by "touch without touch"? Touch as in physical touch is also helpful in disease reversal also isn;t it?!

Jennifer Peterson

Oh man... I have listened to that song SO many times in my life-- and now it suddenly means something real to me. I have always been comfortably numb with discomfort rather than comfortable with my own strength. Always letting everyone else determine my destiny. Not any more-- I am not a mastercraftsman yet, but I am getting there. Thank you for that awesome share. (I turned it all the way up-- btw-lol)

I have been following your work for nearly three years....a relatively short time. I remember how the initial posts and podcasts would leave me with a headache as I tried to understand the message and how to apply it to my own life. Sometimes I became so frustrated I would just walk away for a while....only to find myself completely drawn back in. This past week I had a personal health challenge that took me to Switzerland for some healing therapies from the capable work of SwissBioHealth. I had preloaded podcasts of yours and printed many transcripts as I knew I would finally have some undisturbed time to take the deep dive. I literally spend hours each day and finally It was as if my brain and heart aligned in some magnetic fusion and I finally had a peek into the reality of understanding what you are teaching. All I can say is, "I'm all in." After a transcontinental flight back last night I got myself to the beach for the sunrise on a 32 degree morning and got some skin in the game with a dose of methylene blue. Your message is needed and essential to life. I thank you for your courage and pioneering the path for many. Thank you, Jack. Sending light and gratitude.

It is a great sign Kathy. The most extraordinary things in the world cannot be seen or even physicially touched. They are sensed by the heart and cause the mind to react. This is an excellent sign your healing is beginning and the needle is moving in the right direction. Touch without touch is essential in disease reversals. If there is one thing we can't hide - is when you're crippled inside. It numbs us to the emotions and when that pilot light gets turned on again you'll know. As you heal your emotions will grow and so will your doubt...........it is how we are built.

Dr. Jack Kruse

No it was one of new patients we've never met before......

Dr. Jack Kruse

Jack, what happened at the weekend? You always speak in riddles! Is that you on the couch with a drip? The photo's not too clear because of the red light. I'm assuming that's your wife and daughter with you. How are you?

John Peter Maughan

And, by the way, what the hell is wrong with me?? Your words just make me want to weep! I know that change is good.

Kathy Spears

Thanks Jack. I'm working on that!! I really am...

Kathy Spears

Kathy the words are not ciphers for you.........the words are me opening your cage in Nashville and telling to fly South toward the Gulf. A bird never learns to fly when it is locked in a cage......and neither do we. Go fly........and make a nest where you can thrive once again.

Dr. Jack Kruse

I'm so hungry for the info that these posts make me crazy!!!! They are all riddles that leave everything up to my personal interpretation. I feel like my time is too short to figure it all out. Jack, I am in Florida mostly because you made it clear that I need sunshine pronto. I'm here! Looking for the best place to move to from Nashville. You said panhandle. I'm looking at options. I really wish I knew about your teachings about 5 years sooner!

Kathy Spears

I am still not sure how me and my family gonna survive 5G. Please help us sooner than it kicks because time for preparing for this is limited. And time multiplied by 5 persons or 500 million and time to be prepared is extremely limited. its like I am 40 now and whatever I do (don't mention my family who have still hard time to believe emf cause cancer) is like I will die at 60 dont matter what I do or rest of the humanity. Prepare US SOONER PLEASE.

Tom Winiarski

That's great to hear Sarah. It was tough growing up way back when. I'm happy to hear about your love. Good on both of you! ❤️

Karen Morgan Jackson

Thank you, Dr. Kruse, for inspiring me to get healthy. If only we had many more doctors like you. Namaste

I'm comfortably numb with my discomfort. Pain and discomfort are the sources of the thermodynamic power of the Black Swan life. When we get comfortable with our own strength, discomfort changes shape as we live. We remember our power and we begin to apply it with the deft of a mastercraftsman. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FrOQC-zEog

I'm 67, obese, diabetic female. Had black /white parents. Dad from Greenville, Mississippi met my German mom from Munich, Germany in 1945. Married in Germany, flew to U.S. 1948. LOTS OF RACISM endured by parents & their 11 children, (me #4). Both parents dead now. I found you on You Tube. I'm loving your teachings. Especially when you cuss! Keep it up dude! I'm improving my health. Karen Jackson

I'm passionate about life, time, and my tribe..........It seems it has to come out of me this month. I'm not sure why, but it is oozing out of every pore now. You've got to jump or stay in the boat. Me.......I always throw caution to the wind and go for it all. I hate settling. We've got to become wise today so we don't cry tomorrow.
