CPC #22: WHY WILL SEAFOOD CONSUMPTION BE CRITICAL IN A 5G WORLD?

Ya' don't say? Seafood, because of DHA and iodine is the key to controlling how proton spin creates a library of information for your cells. In the Brain gut blog series, I made the case, using the massive research efforts of Dr’s Cunnane, Crawford, Tobias, and Kuipers that the human brain can not function well without a diet loaded with brain-specific nutrients that favor a specific form of hydrogen to deliver energy and information to cells via the Grotthuss mechanism. This is why kids who eat seafood sleep better and have better cognition.  HYPERLINK

An increased iodine requirement as a result of significant changes in human nutrition rather than a decreased environmental iodine supply is suggested to represent the main cause of the iodine deficiency disorders (IDD). The pathomechanism proposed is based on the fact that serum concentrations of thyroid hormones, especially of triiodothyronine (T3), are dependent on the amount of dietary carbohydrate. High-carbohydrate diets are associated with significantly higher serum T3 concentrations, low Vitamin A levels, because of their links to the seasonal sun power compared with very low-carbohydrate diets. If you are paying attention, this set of circumstances, it causes pregnenolone steal syndrome to occur naturally.

This is Mother Nature’s natural "birth control" for summertime after animals have delivered their young in the spring. This reduces their sex steroid hormones on a relative basis and allows them to focus on making sure their offspring survive. UV light is well known for reducing sex steroid hormones in the blood plasma. That is how it should work when you think about nature's plan for offspring survival........UV light is what turns off sex steroid hormones in blood plasma when the sun is strong (June 21) Why would nature do that? Because human babies are supposed to be born during the late spring and summer and lowering the father's testosterone level fits the plans of nature on many levels.

Sunlight increases sulfated Vitamin D3, histamine, and sulfhydryl groups while lowering the biogenic amines by photolysis such as adrenalin, steroids, testosterone, estrogen, thyroid hormone, DNA, and RNA. Sunlight induces biochemical reactions via photolysis and it induces coordinated endocrine adaptation effects in the eye and the skin surfaces by way of our blood plasma. It affects the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. It is the stimulus for the circadian timing mechanism of the body clock via the central retinal pathways. All these effects are built into the electronics of your proteins under solar power and magnetic flux. This is why the vegan diet in modern humans is fraught with so much infertility in a blue-lit and nnEMF world. Nobody seems to make these basic links. This is why seafood is an antidote to modern technology risk factors. You have to stop listening to allopathic and functional medicine docs who tell you seafood is too toxic for any reason to eat. They do not know the science and their education of light is severely limited and lacking depth and context.

While our Paleolithic ancestors subsisted on a very low carbohydrate/high protein diet, the agricultural revolution about 10,000 years ago brought about a significant increase in dietary carbohydrate. These nutritional changes have increased T3 levels significantly while lowering Vitamin A levels. This sensitized humans to the effect of blue light because opsin biology and Vitamin A cycles are linked. Higher T3 levels are associated with an enhanced T3 production and an increased iodine requirement. The higher iodine requirement exceeds the availability of iodine from environmental sources in many regions of the world, resulting in the development of IDD

This directly implies from a physiologic standpoint, the brain specific nutrients are far more important than nutrient density recovered from a database because the hydrogen in these foods can carry more energy and information than hydrogens in higher carbohydrate foods.

Gots to eat my fish out in the morning sun while grounding!

Chad Pearson

In addition to Jack's "Hormones 101" post, I found the below article informative if anyone is interested in further reading on pregnenolone steal https://www.zrtlab.com/blog/archive/reassessing-pregnenolone-steal/

Dr. Jack Kruse

Some of the suns rays make them and other frequencies limit their effect. This is why you need to pay attention to the details. And just wait til Vermont.

Dr. Jack Kruse

"Sunlight increases sulfated Vitamin D3, histamine, and sulfhydryl groups while lowering the biogenic amines by photolysis such as adrenalin, steroids, testosterone, estrogen, thyroid hormone, DNA, and RNA." Wait a minute-- isn't sunlight supposed to make all of these things better? How did my testosterone level skyrocket when I began living this lifestyle?

Matt Maruca

what are your thoughts on the different forms of minerals, some say we require at least 60 daily in there organic form. I stopped taking vitamins a month ago and have been living on sea food ,I must say feels very liberating not take supplements, just not sure when it comes to minerals. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

george miller

I agree and already do the above. However, my results indicate that something is going on to have that type of bacteria so I am trying to find out what could be causing it.

7 years ago I went to the dentist and they said I had a cavity. I didn't go back for 7 years. When I went back they said the cavity was gone....how do you prevent cavities? Egg shells, eggs, fish, vitamin D from sun, vitamin k2 from foods with k2! Leptin sensitivity! Living a lifestyle the keeps the GUT healthy...

David Limacher

What are your thoughts about healing cavitations? As I have read that surgery does not always get rid of an infection and a new one can start after surgery.

Lee

Thank you Dr. Kruse! and if none can be found what would next steps be?

Lee

it means somewhere in your mouth you have a periodontal pocket. Go visit the dental hygienist and ask for a probe measurement around each tooth.

Dr. Jack Kruse

My understanding is minerals are beneficial, I heard you say on a podcast that hard water was good, RO water is void of minerals. thought by adding them it would enhance the water quality.

george miller

Dr. Kruse- I did the gut test though Viome and found out I have high levels of Tannerella Forsythia in my stool sample even though I have no history of gum disease or cavities. Do you know what this suggests and is there any way to lower the levels? I am concerned because I have read it can be pathogenic.

Lee

Why would you do this?

Dr. Jack Kruse

Depends if you are symptomatic. Sometimes low hormone = optimal function, while other times it can mean you are depleted. All depends on the environment you allow. It's why "adrenal fatigue" (pregnenolone steal) begins with high cortisol with eventual flatlined cortisol rhythm once the PVN is inhibited from the chronic stress.

Kris Domitrovits

I though my free T3 was very low at 3.67 pmol/L and I wanted to increase it.

Antonis Kyriakou

I live in Pensacola fl, our water is fluoridated so I installed a RO water filter , we been adding plant derived minerals that comes from a shale source in utah . whats the difference between plant minerals (organic) and inorganic minerals (rocks) and salt minerals. which is better absorbed?

george miller

I'll do that today.

Monte Diaz

Monte you'd be wise to re-read Reality 14 too. Lots of bombs there to help you understand how sun works with ECT

Dr. Jack Kruse

I'm getting it now. Thanks.

Monte Diaz

Be careful. I think you are getting the wrong message. Just because UVA/UVB light lowers sex steroid hormones, doesn't mean that's a bad thing. It actually protects the compound pharmacy from releasing excessive hormone, and lowers the metabolic rate of your cells. T levels are supposed to peak between 6 AM and 10 AM, they naturally drop when UV shows up, and this is a good thing.

Kris Domitrovits

Thank you, i enjoyed this blog.

Ednan Rakovic

Ha! So when dminder tells me that UVB is starting I need to head inside to preserve my testosterone...

Monte Diaz

I'll have to look at methodology

Dr. Jack Kruse

This review suggests that babies born the fall are generally healthier (less disease), any thoughts on why that would be? I suspect maternal sun exposure during pregnancy? (see fig 4) <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18786384" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18786384</a>

Jeff Rothschild

good start but you forget AM sunrise to UVA tipping point!

Dr. Jack Kruse

So the best way to increase sex steroid hormones would be to increase iodine, vitamin A, DHA from the marine food chain during the summer months?

Monte Diaz

I think iodized salt is fine but a better choice for me is Sea salt from France and seafood with high iodine (shellfish) and seaweeds in my broths. Iodine is replaced Vitamin C for a big reason......the Grotthuss mechanism works with H+ a lot better.......

Dr. Jack Kruse

Here in Sweden table salts are loaded with iodine because so many people lack it. Fish is to be eaten once or twice a week and sun cream is almost mandatory in kindergartens/schools while they are pushing oral d vit on every kid.

Ednan Rakovic

Vitamin A is also called retinol and it is normally found bound to every opsin protein in humans. It is designed to work with visible light from the sun only. Today, it is being forced to work within the spectrum emitted by technology devices. This creates massive optical signaling problems in cells. The major collateral damage is in how protons can operate in cells properly. Vitamin A is yellow in color. It is a complementary cole to BLUE. This is why Vitamin A levels in the brain are a direct proxy for blue light exposure. Our human blue light opsin is called melanopsin. It found in our eye, skin, and subcutaneous fat mass. Kids with autism always have delayed speech onset. Have you ever wondered why? Did you know Vitamin A helps humans acquire speech? Do you think anyone in autism research might be interested in that link? I told you 5 years ago in a podcast with Dr. Tim Jackson, of MTHFR support, that I believed autism was 100% an epigenetic disease tied to mitochondrial damage. Vitamin A linked to artificial blue light exposure is one of many reasons why I believe this. Why is it that no one talks about Vitamin A in the brain? Simple, they can not measure it directly with labs. I told you in Brain Gut 11 blog that close to 50% of the circuits in our brain are wired to sunlight and not to dietary metabolism!!!! How important is this? Consider this biologic factoid about songbirds: "Songbird studies examine the effects of retinoid signaling on vocal/auditory learning and are uniquely suited to study the behavioral effects of Vitamin A Deficiency because the neural circuitry of the song system is discrete and well understood. Similar to human speech acquisition, avian vocal learning proceeds in well-defined stages of template acquisition, rendition and maturation. Local blockade of retinoic acid production in the brain or excess dietary retinoic acid results in the failure of song maturation, yet does not affect prior song acquisition. Together these results yield significant insights into the role of vitamin A in maintaining neuronal plasticity and cognitive function in adulthood." <a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20077419" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20077419</a>

Dr. Jack Kruse

No. The hormones need Vitamin A too. If it is not present with T3 nothing happens. Blue light toxicity lowers Vitamin cycle in the brain and tissue.

Dr. Jack Kruse

So high carb diet + blue light and lack of UV would cause higher T3 levels (increasing iodine requirements) which increases the synthesis of steroid hormones from pregnenolone? I assume short term, this would actually increase serum sex hormones, but overtime could deplete the compound pharmacy? On the contrary, UV light shuts off the release of these hormones. I assume cold does too? I'm just curious because of my situation with low male hormone but optimal function which is very different than low male hormone with infertility. I assume with my environment (low blue light, lots of sun, cold and abudance of seafood/iodine) I am protecting my compound pharmacy, releasing less and not depleting? Would make sense, because when the carbs go back into my diet, my serum levels rise significantly.
