Could you please send me any papers on reversing Retinopathy and Biohacking sickle cell

Ives B Toe

I am.

Dr. Jack Kruse

Hi Jack Kruse thanks for everything you do. I wanted to know if you were familiar with Sickle Cell / and Retinopathy ? Could you also cover the use of GDV camera as a possible measure of the health of our mitochondria and finally are rife machines (for example spooky2) another means of facing cancer.

Ives B Toe

I'm just about to launch my own Patreon account... maybe we can collaborate

Would love to explore how testosterone replacement therapy without proper "light hygiene" and proper sun/grounding accelerates soft tissue and bone degeneration. As bodybuilders (competitive, AAS users) are a bunch of fanatics, they would be an amazing segment to get on the light train.

I am exploring a hunch that there is a link between my son's Lyme diagnosis in July 2016 and his cancer diagnosis in January 2017. I kept telling the oncologists about the Lyme, and they kept dismissing me, but it feels significant to me. Your Epi-Paleo RX mentions Lyme facilitates leptin resistance due to inflammation in the nervous system. You have a blog, Lyme Meet Leptin, that discusses the biotoxin issue. His Lyme diagnosis (visually w the bullseye and some fatigue and fever) happened about a year after the smart meter was installed on our home (no opt out available). You say a lot in many places about cancer and Lyme, and I've been braiding the pieces together. Was the Lyme the canary in the coal mine, a catalyst or a coincidence? There's a lot of info to take in all at once on your site and in your podcasts!

I would like you to expand 1.how the lunar cycles couples with mitochondria, ubiquitination rate, cell cycle, cell metabolism and sun cycles.2. how seasonal eating regulates the peripheral clocks in our organs and what is the impact on our circadian rhythms, what is the impact on our micro biome 3.what are the implications of seasonal eating-microbiome-stool chart, certain foods have specific results on the stool chart what this does it mean for our micro biome how we can use this as a tool to assess better our health goals ( i'm seeing food as a way to harness more light energy).4.how we can address the things that you advocate to treat infections, flu, fever in kids (6yrs and above) without address these situation with the classical approach. Thanx keep up with this good stuff!!!

This will be a short blog. With the coming 5G revolution.......you can't.

Karen the pink answer is post on forum now.......have a look

Dr. Jack Kruse

Strongly recommnend you listen to the July 2017 webinar because that answer is there.

Again personal questions are for a journal and not a blog post.

Dr. Jack Kruse

Tom astaxanthin is in seafood. That is the supplement I like. Not the pill.

Dr. Jack Kruse

requires context and info. Consider a journal at my website. No way to answer that in a generic blog on how it occurs.

Dr. Jack Kruse

ok baby steps.... I'm ready to move from CA just not to a catamaran quite yet!!! after retirement is a different story

Your ideal house - if you could build anything, anywhere, to live in to support a quantum lifestyle, where and how would you build it? (within the US). What would the local environment be like and what would you build into (or not build into) your house? Wnat nnEMF red flags would you be trying to stay away from when you are measuring at your prospective homesite.

Shari London

So true. As a grandparent, and parent of an adult, I'll have to manifest more opportunities.

Summary of prescription for our young adults 14-40 who are becoming increasingly ill with chronic disease including cancer. If they can't do every single thing what would be some next best things they can do to heal, even if they have had devastating conventional treatments?

Wendy Elkin

Leptin should be the chemical that is light controlled by the central retinal pathways between the retina and the hypothalamus which entangles the molecule to photons to connect between the neuroendocrine and immune systems in the brain to control thermodynamics of the organism. This master photonic hormone acts in the brain as an energy homeostasis regulating factor that triggers a decrease in food intake and an increase in energy consumption by inducing anorexigenic factors and suppressing orexigenic factors by inducing size and shape changes of other photonic hormones in the brain during day and night cycles in a complicated quantum dance. Its own synthesis is mainly regulated by food intake. Food is formed by photosynthesis UNDER THE CONTROL of the sun rays everywhere on Earth. This means food takes its directlive from the sun's specific frequencies which is contrary to the food paradigms viewpoints today. Since leptin is responsive to food it implies it really pays deep attention to spectral frequencies from light in the human environment to alter growth metabolism body wide. This effect causes eating-related hormones dynamism diurnally and seasonally, but also depends on energy status created locally by mitochondrial flux. Leptin also controls fecundity by controlling the sex hormone cascade because leptin synthesis can be suppressed by testosterone and increased by estrogen and progesterone due to a changing light environment. Now you can see science is no longer blinded by the food paradigm..........they are waking up to a new world order. http://sci-hub.cc/10.1111/aen.12264/

3) obesity is caused by leptin resistance: chronically feeling hungry and eating and then not being able to burn excess fat. But how does the leptin receptor stop working? And in what way does it stop working?

2) what really happens in a cancerous state? Reality 14 made it clear that warburg metabolism leads to poor mito function and overexpression of nuclear genes. But what is the step by step? How does mitochondrial dysfunction lead to uncontrolled cell growth?

specifics on why getting natural light is GOOD for the skin. ie how to convince women that exposing skin to sunlight (if done properly) will benefit the look of their skin, and not age it. And i get more moles when i get more sun... does this mean im doing it wrong?

I have a good friend who has had chronic back pain for years, seen all kinds of doctors and specialists, He has tried, acupuncture, chinese seeds being pressed on ears thing, they've called it rhumatoid arthritis, Sciatica, been doing physiotherapy for years (over 9) still no real change. doctors have no real answer for it, even after MRI scans. they think it's psychosomatic. his sister is an MD I introduced to your work jack (links to podcasts, links to doug wallace mitchondria stuff), to see if she could get him to listen to advice. she agrees on fixing his circadian rhythm, but doesn't believe the cold would do anything to help.

Just a quick thought, off the cuff, I would like to hear when exogenous supplementation is ok/good and for how long? Specifically, Dr Cicero Coimbra's protocol for autoimmune diseases is high doses of D3 along with mg and B2. He sees it as lifelong disease management, stopping progression/deterioration in over 90%. To me, that is a more effective DMD, but not the answer I am looking for. Can this be used temporarily, without screwing up endogenous production? What is temporary use? What about using astaxanthin for a week or 2 before a vacation? Or a day or 2 of melatonin to help with jetlag?

hi! using sunlight and your science to get rid of wrinkled or sagging skin (if possible) - i have always spent a lot of time in the sun and i do have a lot of sagging and crepey skin. live in boulder, CO. thanks SO much tons of gratitude for you and your work. 🙏🏼

1. 5G roll-out....Will there be ANYWHERE to go to get away from the radiation? 100+ acres far away from major cities perhaps? I'm petrified of what's to come...... 2. What are your thoughts on the MTHFR gene mutations? We are a family of 4 all with heterozygous A1298C mutation and a heterozygous C677T mutation. We are under the impression from many resources out there that we should be supplementing with methyl-B12 and methyl-folate to compensate. We have all been very sick in the past.....Do you believe in supplementation for this since you are not a person who advocates any supplementation. (which I align very well with that train of thought) 3. I NEED to know why Pink is no-beuno? You mentioned it to me in VT and I have been wondering why ever since. My 8 yr old Madelyn wants light pink walls in her bedroom and I told her no, but I didn't have a reason......HAH! Thank you for any enlightenment on these things Dr. K!!!

For a newbie here just starting with sunning with fatigue problems most of my life (64 yrs), especially the past six years with Lyme -- started with one hour of sunning a day but crashed for some reason after feeling well initially. Is it due to problem with my homozygous ACE gene (angiotensin-converting enzyme gene) keeping the proper balance of P/Mg/K? Electrolytes? Also, how does one learn to eat fish which one despises, whose smell makes one nauseous (except for shellfish for some reason)? Presently taking lemon-flavored cod liver oil. Thanks☺️

Liz Martorana

I know you theoretically detest supplementation (in lieu of nature / sun). But (3) supplement topics: 1) supplements that enhance ETC (NADH from Sinclair, Nicotine, COQ10 for jet lang, hangovers)... 2) second subject Alexander Wunsh says he would not take anti-oxidant because cells produce their own naturally but than you come out and promote Astaxanthin, could coupled person enhance with Astaxanthin or other anti-oxidants? 3) third subject for above 45 year olds enhancing hormones (besides sun, cold) with DHEA or Naturethoid to push T3 a bit. 4) what about natural (abundantly found in nature) supplements like lavender, curcumin, cinnamon, green tea. All of these facets above in the context of person already optimizing Light, Water, Magenetism, DHA.
