The volume and fluffiness of the hair (and keeping it manageable with a ribbon), the colorful underwear, the slight chubbiness, and the wideness of the smile on the right pose are all really great touches. It's different enough from the original pony version that it could be its own character. Is the costume design on the left meant to be her work clothes at the pastry shop?
