Blue Doodle 6-6-22
Added 2022-06-07 00:13:16 +0000 UTCHey everyone, here's just a quick little Blue doodle... well, not actually very 'quick' as I'm trying to practice using my new laptop, tablet and drawing software. So this probably took me a good hour or so trying to figure things out...
Thoughts: Clip Studio Paint is nice. It's very similar to Photoshop so it's mostly intuitive but I still need to figure out how to do certain things... It's not going to be a substitute for Illustrator though so I need to re-learn how to ink. Hopefully it goes okay.
The Huion Kamvas tablet is super nice so far. It feels/draws as well as my Cintiq (though the pen pressure/sensitivity will take some getting used to). Having programmable express keys again is SO NICE! Though I do wish there were more of them, haha. The tablet itself is a nice size (I got the 16) and it's thin and lightweight.
The laptop is fine, about what I expected. Pretty much the same as my old laptop, haha. But you know, it was time for an upgrade anyway my old one is from 2015 I think.
Anyway, it's gonna be slow going to learn the new drawing software, I hope you all can bear with me. In the meantime I'll still draw some stuff on my old set up too.
