December Plans/Personal Post
Added 2021-11-29 04:09:33 +0000 UTCHey everyone, with November coming to a close I figured I'd make a post detailing plans for December and what's going on in my personal life. The latter I'll keep to the end of the post, for anyone who'd rather skip that portion.
Since I was unable to really get anything done for Thanksgiving this year I'm hoping to focus a bit more on Christmas/Holiday stuff next month. If it's not been obvious before, Christmas is my favorite holiday. I just love all of the colorful lights, music, baking and holiday potlucks with friends. I'll be working on personal drawings of characters celebrating with gifts and feasts. Anything else y'all would like to see please feel free to leave suggestions & ideas in the comments.
$5+ patrons will of course get to vote on whether or not next month's Choose Your Own Adventure drawing will be Christmas themed in the polls too. I really hope you all have a good December, I can't thank you enough for all of your support. It really does mean the world to me.

As to personal stuff, I did want to mention this because it does unfortunately affect my work... but I've been having a pretty bad depressive episode for about 3 weeks. Thankfully not as bad as back in August, but the worst that it's been since I started back on meds. It's frustrating as I'm sure you can imagine... It's really tanked my motivation to draw so I sincerely apologize that I've not been as productive as I usually try to be. It's why I was not able to draw anything for Thanksgiving (which as you know is a bummer for me for sure!) I'm trying my best to work through it though, I very much appreciate your support and patience. I will try my best to get a few things drawn before November comes to a close.
I was also hoping to open commissions again before the end of the year, but I think that's unlikely. I will let everyone know if that changes though. Here's to hoping that December turns out to be great. Not just for me but for all of y'all! Seems like everyone's being hit pretty hard this winter and we could all use some good cheer. I love you all very much, thanks again for stickin' with me. See ya in December!
