New Tax Changes

$3 Tier- Early Access
$5 Tier- Early Access
$45+ Tiers- Early Access & Digital Commissions
I don't know if there's anything else I needed to update there... and I'm not sure how much the tax changes will affect how much you get charged. If anyone needs to drop pledges, I understand. I hope the tax stuff won't increase your pledges too much. I know this is a bummer. I don't have any say in this, I don't think Patreon does either since it sounds like they were being forced to do this... I hope it works out okay.
