Tablet Update
Added 2020-04-24 01:33:23 +0000 UTCHey everyone, I wanted to drop a line and give you an update on the tablet situation... It's not going well...
I've been in touch with Edgar at Wacom support for the past week or so, things seemed to be progressing okay, we went back and forth about the cables which should be covered under the warranty seeing as my Cintiq is less than a year old.
The major problem is that the cables are sold in 3 separate pieces. One piece is just a standard computer power cord so I don't need to worry about that one. The other 2 are specific to this Cinitq (as far as I know) and I don't know for sure which of the 2 cables is faulty. I can guess based on the behavior of the problem that the AC adapter is the problem, the 3-in1 video cable is not.

Unfortunately, despite trying to explain this to Edgar in detail, he wants to send me a 3-in-1 cable replacement and wants me to pay to ship my (probably not broken) cable back to him. Why he's refusing to send me the AC adapter which is likely the broken part, I have no idea.
I'm extremely frustrated, I don't feel like I have time to deal with going back and forth with him (especially considering it takes him a full 24 hours to respond to my emails) and sending cables back and forth only for Wacom to evaluate the not broken cable and tell me that wasn't the problem...
Anyway, I think I will have to just bite the bullet and buy 2 new cables since I don't know for sure which one is broken and that's like $100 or so with shipping (I assume)? Sigh... I just really want to get back to work sooner than later. I wrote back to Edgar asking for the AC adapter instead, depending on what he says tomorrow, I might just be ordering cables and flipping tables... -_- Thanks so much for hanging in there while I try to figure this stuff out.
In the meantime, I've been working on the sketch for the CYOA poll drawing for $5+ patrons, but it's occurred to me that I'm not comfortable or familiar enough with the tools in Clipstudio Paint on my iPad to draw a proper background or anything which really sucks... so I'm going to try to refine the sketch as much as possible for $5+ patrons and post up some WIP's along the way because I really want to be able to offer y'all something before the end of the month! If you have any other sketches or simple doodles you might like to see, please leave some suggestions in the comments and I'll try to do some iPad doodles this weekend.
I've been replaying Stardew Valley so SV doodles or Osomatsu San doodles would be great, but feel free to leave whatever you're in the mood for. Thanks everyone, I really appreciate your support and patience!
