Bad News, Everyone

It appears that the cable on my tablet has broken. I'm more than annoyed right now considering I've had this tablet for less than a year. I'm not 100% certain which part of the cable is causing the issue (or if the cable is even the problem) because it comes in 3 parts and Wacom's listings are a bit vague so I've had to contact their support just to figure which cable parts I'll need to order for a replacement. I'm really only guessing since the connection seems to go in and out when I fiddle around with the cable, I can't get it to stay on at this point.

With everything going on I imagine most of Wacom's support staff is currently laid off so I don't know when I'll get a response from them or when I will be able to get a replacement in the mail. It's highly unlikely that I'll get this fixed before May. For everyone with commission reward tier slots, I will keep you updated before May charges begin as I will not be able to work on commissions until this is sorted. You may need to lower or delete your pledges.

In the meantime I will try to get some things drawn for you all on my iPad. I'm a bit limited in what I can do on that thing so it'll probably be digital sketches and things like that, I'm really sorry that I can't offer you all something more for your support. I'll totally understand if you feel like you need to cancel your pledges until I get this all sorted or have to resort to buying a new tablet...

Anyway, I wish I had better news. This is a real bummer on top of everything else going on in the world right now. Thank you all so much for all the support you've given me so far.
