Rhys (Borderlands 3) WIP

I've been playing Borderlands 3 a lot lately and really enjoyed Rhys' parts in the game. I haven't played Tales from Borderlands so I'm not that familiar with his history but he's pretty fun in B3. I hope you like it so far!
