Suggestions for Improvement?

I received an exit survey from a patron who cancelled their pledge this week, unfortunately Patreon isn't showing me who it was from so I can't reach out to them for clarification. The survey I received says this:
I do really appreciate the feedback! However, I'm not sure how to improve the situation as I don't know what it's specifically about. I feel a bit troubled about it...
On my end, I think I'm creating a good amount of artwork each month but if you feel as though there's been a lull or there are more specific things you would like to see, please do let me know in the comments (or drop me a message here or on Discord Jaymzeecat#2862). I'm always open to suggestions.
I really appreciate the support that you all have given me so far, and I want you to enjoy the art that I'm creating every month. Your feedback is very important to me! Thanks. :)
