Options are:
Belly Stuffing- Feeder/feedee can be either pleasant or more forceful depending on who wins.
Weight gain- More overall weight distribution, not stuffed.
Tummy Love- My usual amount of chubby/stuffing getting some belly love that may include rubs, kisses, snuggling etc.
Bondage- Chubby/possibly stuffed in some tight ropes good for belly framing. ;) (Nothing extreme)
