This is meant to be a nod to the episode where Chibita tries to teach Karamatsu about oden and shaves his head in the process.
Kara is a huge pushover so of course he'd allow this to happen to himself... but I have to assume he'd put his foot down when it came to Baby K, haha. If I truly plan to have him and Chibita get together in the future, they're definitely going to have differing ideas on parenting. ;)
