End of Comics & Future Plans

Good morning everyone! I just wanted to drop a few lines regarding my comics and future plans. I'm hoping to keep everyone in the loop as things go so you can expect to see a few more posts like this before the end of February. 

Originally I was planning to pause this Patreon at the end of February, but after some more thought I've decided to leave it open for anyone who might like to offer me a little support now and then. I know that some folks prefer Patreon as a platform for keeping up with creators so I think that'll work fine for any of you kind enough to send me some tips here. This Patreon won't have any more exclusive content or rewards (for the foreseeable future) so by all means, no one is obligated to keep pledging to it if you don't want to! You've all already given me so much support over the years!

Even though the comics will be stopping, I will still be working on art and stories. I may upload stuff here from time to time if that's something people would like to see. My plans after comics are still up in the air. I'll probably continue working on some fan art and doing commissions here and there, but I'd also like to write some more... probably stories + supplemental illustrations like how Vincent's story originally started, since that's a lot less time consuming than weekly comics. I'd like to work on some stuff with my twins Carter & Cooper and my jackalope Blue as well as more stuff with Vincent and his friends like bringing back my Ask Vincent posts. I don't think comics will be over forever, I'm really hoping there will come a time when I have the drive to complete an episode here and there, I just don't know when that will be. If there are things (other than comics) you'd like to see from me, I am of course open to suggestions. 

You may see me making changes over the next month and a half to my Patreon page and the reward tiers will be taken down closer to the end of February. I am still interested in opening a second Patreon more for commission work and things like that, but as of right now I just want to take it easy for a little while and not be married to any monthly obligations. I still have a lot of thinking and planning to do with what to offer there so I don't know when/if the second Patreon will come to be, but I will let everyone know!

I made the announcement regarding the comics ending publicly this week so I think everyone is on the same page now. People seemed to take the news okay. Hopefully everyone will enjoy whatever I start producing in the future. :) Thanks again for everything!

TL;DR: Comics are stopping at the end of February. I've decided to leave this Patreon open rather than pause it  but there won't be any more exclusive content or rewards after February.
