Declined Payments
Added 2018-08-02 15:49:29 +0000 UTCHey everyone, not sure what's up with Patreon but it seems like there's some sort of internal problem going on where patron's payments are being declined.
This happens every time payments are processed for the month with one or two patrons, but this month has been hit hard with declines. After talking to a few of my friends with Patreons, it's been about 20+% of declined pledges.
Patreon hasn't made any sort of statement so far, after checking their Twitter it seems that a lot of creators are reporting the same problem. I'm hoping Patreon will get this sorted on their end within the next few days, but in the meantime there is a chance some of y'all might be missing out on your content for the month. I have roughly 10 patrons who's payment was declined this month (so far). You may need to look into your payment method to see if your card has been declined. I'm honestly not sure if there's anything that can be done on your end.
I'm also not sure if you'll need to repledge in order to get your rewards for August, I hope not, but we'll see. Just wanted to give you all a heads up with what's going on. Hope you're all having a good day. <3 Thank you so much for the support.
