Devil Spy 155

Good morning, everyone! Here's the latest Devil Spy page for you, hope you like it. Sorry it's a short page, I'm still working on the script and didn't have as much time for writing this week as I hoped to. 

$5+ patrons got this announcement with the latest Chunky Skunk page but I'm repeating it here where everyone will see it:

When I initially wrote the script for Devil Spy, there were a few areas of the story which were a bit complicated and I decided to skip over them with the thought that I'd come back to them later. When I was going over my script last week I realized I'd gotten to one of these 'dead zones' in the script. I had no idea it was coming up so soon. The next leg of the story not only needs to be properly written, but the events taking place in it are going to be difficult and complicated to illustrate. I took some time to figure out how I wanted to approach this conundrum and I came to conclusion that I think Devil Spy updates are unfortunately going to be sporadic for a while. I think I'm going to need more than a week per page in order to get it right and I can't really predict how long each page will end up taking and when it will go up. I'm going to try aiming for bi weekly (as in every other week) updates. I'm disappointed, but I don't know another way around it. I'm hoping you will continue to support me even though it means Devil Spy content will be a little slower for a while. I know this doesn't affect $5+ patrons as much since you'll still be getting weekly Chunky Skunk pages and my monthly sketch dump, but lower tier patrons will feel the hit more. I'm hoping there's maybe some other supplemental material I can offer in the meantime which people might enjoy? More single DS and/or CS illustrations? Something else you'd like to see? If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Buh... this explanation turned out so long... TL;DR version: Devil Spy is going to bi weekly updates for reasons. I hope you don't hate me. OTL

So the next DS page likely won't go up for two weeks while I try to work all this out. As I said before, I'm open to suggestions to fill the gap in the meantime. Anything but full comic pages as they'd take up too much time but other illustrations would be good. Thanks for understanding! I hope you're all having a great day!
