No, the first time you hear Kenny's voice is at at the end of South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut. "Goodbye you Guys!" voiced by Mike Judge of Beavis and Butthead! If you'd seen the film dune, you would have understood more of the references; damn, I want to watch it now, but it's 2+1/2 hrs long, it's 6:18am! and I've still got Invincible part 2 and Garden Party Boondocks to watch yet!! Glad it's the weekend! :D

Whether or not a fecal transplant would be the prescribed form of treatment is a debate, but it could be a solution. It's become very common because of how effective it is. They are starting to freeze fecal material and put it in capsules to swallow (no taste). Anti-biotics have been overused in medicine and really are now being used as an option of last resort.
