hey man I see some champions already mentioning it, so I'll keep it brief. if you're going to start the series I promise you cant go wrong by starting with Fate/Zero. its the prequel as people have said, but imho its not only the starting point from a linear perspective, its also the best in the entire series.

2021-08-19 04:59:40 +0000 UTCThere are a a lot of Fates but Fate/Stay Night (UBW and Heavens Feel) is the original. Fate/Zero is a prequel of Fate/Stay Night. If I understand correctly Fate/Apocrypha takes place in an alternate universe but there are some characters that are connected ro the Fate/Zero and Stay Night characters. Fate/Grand Order is an anime adaptation of an arc from the mobile game (its a pretty fun game btw and there are more anime adaptation coming for it) it also has a lot of recognizable characters. Fate/Carnival Phantasm as far as I know is a parody of all of Nasu's (The creator of Fate) works. Gigguk is a youtiber who does a good job putting together a cohesive timeline of the Fate franchise without major spoilers if you wanna give that a watch
