Yeah translations are weird for early bleach episodes for some reason which is why i prefer dub atleast until arrancar arc starts

1) in the soul reaper academy, guys wear blue, girls wear red
2) the little boy that was with Hinamori in the flashback IS Toshiro Hitsugaya. He’s younger than her, but he’s a GENIUS so he’s a captain already despite being a little kid still. She calls him Shiro-chan, which means white, cuz his name is Toshiro.
3) Yoruichi does have a sword, but she chooses not to use it cuz she’s so dope with the flash step and kido and hand to hand combat
4) Yoruichi used to be captain of Squad 2, which is the stealth force. You watching reading some weird ass translations on these episodes, so I’ll help ya out here, all of squad 2 is the stealth force, they like the ninjas and assassins of the soul society.
