The Hive is the core and ruler of the swarm, capable of breeding even human females and creating and controlling all swarm organisms. It requires immense bio-energy and uses its massive tentacles to transport eggs or defend itself. A long central funnel-shaped organ allows it to collect genetic material or inject it into targets, enhancing or transforming them. It has an obsession with collecting the genes of strong human females. Genetically similar to octopuses but with traces of human DNA, it is considered a hybrid species. As long as resources are provided, it is virtually immortal and completely immune to disease. Despite its human-like traits, its experience of being experimented on by humans has led it to see humanity as a threat, sending swarm warriors to hunt down every human it encounters.

スワームの中心であり支配者の役割を担うボスモンスター。人間の女性さえ培養できる能力を持ち、すべてのスワーム個体を創造し、統制することができる。膨大な生体エネルギーを必要とし、触手を使って卵を運んだり、敵を防御する。中央にある長い漏斗状の器官を使い、遺伝子を収集または注入して対象を強化、変異させることが可能。強靭な人間女性の遺伝子収集に執着している。遺伝子的にはタコに近いが、一部に人間のDNAが混ざっており、ハイブリッドと考えられている。資源さえ供給されれば事実上不死に近く、病気に完全免疫を持つ。人間に実験された過去から、人類を脅威とみなし、遭遇したすべての人間を狩るためにスワームの戦士を送り込んでいる。
