I've seen some of this behavior with the sgtm command before. Not the animation sliding, but the resuming of speed. Try setting sgtm to something really low like 0 or 0.01 and use a poser mod to initiate a pose or animation on an NPC. After a time you'll see the animation speed start to speed up again. Sometimes it'll happen right away and sometimes it'll take some time, but the game seems to decide at some point to start ramping speed back up.

Okay, after more lengthy testing, I am encountering crashing. Running 1170 now. Seems to occur randomly upon using movement keys (WASD, Space, etc). The game will lock up and then crash a few seconds later. Only seems to occur when entering or in free fly cam (tfc). Crash logging tools do not generate any logs from this, which points towards the problem being an SKSE plugin as no other cause would break the engine so hard as to disrupt logging. The crash would reliably occur within the first hour of gameplay. After disabling this mod, I was able to have the game run for 12+ hours without crashing, with random movement keys being pressed throughout that time, in and out of free fly cam.

Hello, speed change (pgUp/pgDown) works very strangely: when slowing down, some NPCs start walking in place, and when speeding up, they slide over the surface (animation speed doesn't change). After some time, the game speed automatically returns to normal. Using the console command "sgtm" works as expected. upd: AE 1170
