The RPG Maker MV situation is crazy
Added 2025-12-21 14:15:16 +0000 UTCSO, RPG Maker MV decided to completely break a few weeks ago, out of the blue. Every second attempt at saving the project resulted in a crash, and this crash meant I would lose my progress aswell. I've been trying to fix it, but nothing seems to work.(updating drivers, replacing the .dll files that caused the crash, etc.) If I wasn't bald already I would be pulling my hair out. I've lost weeks of work because of this shitty program I use to make games with.
BUT, it's not all bad news; I got myself a crappy laptop and saving the project on it seem to work fine, so AIDA's development will continue as 'normal'. I know I promised an update for the christmas/new years but I'm afraid it will be delayed a bit.
With RPG Maker MV on the fritz I've also started to work on my new project! I've designed the main character and created a few pieces of art for it already, I'll post about it soonish.
