Short walk from Buttweave.
You can say hi to Daisy aswell.
This familiar girl lives in the Vault aswell.
She doesn't talk too much but seems nice!
Delilah, the shopkeeper of the Vault. She sells things and also this, special item:

Also here is the Overseer. Her name is Valeria Nobra.
She will give you stuff to do. More on that later!
