Olivia knows Janice wants the house, and after hearing Anthony Jr tell her about the Do Not Resuscitate, plus she noticed the warning sign Janice was looking at, So Olivia made like she had a lot of money hidden in the house, so Janice would not kill her. Olivia may be a grouch, but she is a sharp grouch. Janice is a snake, probably worse than Olivia. Pussy is working with the Feds. The nursing home director is missing because he is blurting out stuff he should not be saying about the Soprano family. Remember when the cop was checking out the car and found a toupee? It was not shown, but his body is probably in the trunk. People talking out of turn on mobsters usually do not survive.
