I have to say I'm glad they changed it too! I didn't know it went down differently in the books but I'm glad it didn't make it in the show. I wanted her to hit him again just to make sure he wouldn't stand back up, it pisses me off so much when that happens🤣

Oh where to start. "A Hundred Weight of Stones" refers to the cairn that Ian built in the forest, in memory of Jamie, in the beginning of the episode, the burden on Claire's heart with Jamie's loss, and the burden Lord John took on by protecting Claire (although that one isn't as apparent, but it will be. Just remember that Lord John will do almost anything to protect Claire). Your reaction to seeing Claire and Lord John in bed together was priceless. And we shouldn't forget your reaction to the reunion of Jamie and Claire. On another note, I like your reaction to Brianna clocking Rob Cameran with the pot ("Hit him again"....lol). Trust me, he deserves it. The series changed that interaction a bit (for the better) from the book. In the book, Cameran attempts to rape Brianna. She wasn't having any of that and basically beat him senseless with a cricket bat, duct taped him up, and then dropping him down in the priest's hole (about a 12 foot fall). Unfortunately, the priest's hole in the show is a bit of a joke; more or less a walk in closet that wouldn't have fooled anyone searching Lallybroch in the 18th century. I didn't know how they were going to portray that scene, but was very glad they didn't go anywhere near sexual assault. One thing else I noticed: Claire looked like she was going to throw up during most of the episode (except at the end, of course).
