Well Evie, it seems there are 2 types of people in the world - those that can recognize a young Zac Efron, and those that can't ;) I'm one of the second. The hillbillies heard the Captain tell the Dr to take his sister for a walk. (from the bushes you noticed). The episode also contrasted Simon's father declaring he wouldn't come for him while he can count on Mal to do so. Great reaction!
