Avengers : Infinity War (2018) Movie Reaction

WOW, WHAT NOW??

Avengers : Infinity War (2018) Movie Reaction

Comments

Hey I went back to watch this... I think I was taking a break and skipped a whole lot of the MCU reactions. So in the beginning you're the only one who noted "Why didn't Thanos kill Thor? I would have thought he'd kill Thor too." Which leads me to my theory. In Thanos' plan he kills half. Loki kept saying he was "Odinson" and Prince of Asgard... and so Thor's brother. So when Thanos kills Loki then he cannot kill Thor because his rule is that he kills only half. So therefore of two brothers, he kills only one. The other brother must be allowed to live, an ironclad rule. Two brothers, sons of Odin. Scions of Asgard. By Loki offering his life, he guarantees that Thor will live. Of course Loki is not the type to admit this.

Thanos is already Strong by himself. The power stone makes him Unbeatable strength wise . That's why he overpowered The Hulk . He kind of cheated lol

An incredible reaction! This movie killed me in the theatre, but it was amazing to be there. After the snap, when everyone started disappearing, you could just hear nothing but sniffles and crying. The silence in the film - no score, just the whooshing sounds as people disappear - brilliant, effective, and heartbreaking. 😞 Peter's goodbye to Tony kills me every time. 😭 This film was truly unbelievable. Having never read the comics, I knew nothing going in, so I was COMPLETELY blown away that Thanos won! He actually did it! I did not see that coming. At the end when Thanos says to young Gamora that it cost him "everything", I don't think he was only referring to her. He also lost his most loyal servant (the creepy Squidward dude - The Maw) and pretty much all of his other "children". He also thinks of himself as a martyr, that he "had" to kill half the universe. So he feels like he gave something up to do it, you know, because only he could do it. 😒 Meaning he was the only psychopath who could willing murder trillions of people just cause HE thinks it's best. But as you said, no one asked him. Who is he to make that decision? The universe has balances baked in without his interference. Life might end somewhere and start anew somewhere else. Who knows? But the long and the short of it is, while I get his reasoning, it's flawed and deeply disturbing logic, not to mention INCREDIBLY narcissistic madness to think that he gets to decide to end half the universe. But he is an incredible villain, there's no doubt. This reaction was amazing. This was a very hard one to watch, and as already mentioned, we had to wait a whole YEAR for the conclusion - it was painful! 😩 Can't wait for more! ❤️

At the end, you remember Spider Man is just a kid and in that case, his spider sense hurt more than helped :(

Steve with a beard got you too huh, Bucky who? lol He was on the run thats why, to hide. Nat's hair too.

and we had to wait a year for the next part. It was a really long year...

Gotta wait two more movies to find out is what now😅😅😂 Two movies I really like, one of which is up there for one of my faves of the entire MCU, but yeah...😬 But at least it's not like an almost two year wait, like we had back in the day🤷‍♂️ Edit : Alsohhhh; L O V E that the 'Time Stone' is ''vert'' /French in your notes😄 It's even better when you go ''meta'' and re-realize Benedict Cumberbatch is British...
