This would be one of the new scenes. Lara pushes her upper body up. This way, she and we can see the big centaur dong working in her belly better.
Wip scene animation: MEGA or Catbox
This would happen right before cum. The pose gives the cock a little extra stimulation. Lara can hold herself for a few seconds, then falls back onto the bench. What do you think?
