Girl you are being blinded by Criston's handsomeness xD. His request for them to get married was for selfish reasons, so that he could restore his honor after breaking his oath. He isn't in love with Rhaenyra, if he was then he would never ask her to give up the crown. You seemed to forget that Daemon is married. It's been brought up a couple times, most recently in the last ep when Viserys and Daemon talk in the throne room and Daemon asks to marry Rhaenyra. Viserys says "You are already wed." and Daemon replies that it didn't stop Aegon the Conqueror from taking a second wife. As Thomas said, the two dragons are Seasmoke and Meleys, Daemon's dragon is red yes, but he looks vastly different from all the other dragons with his distinctive long neck. Yes, Alicent walked in with a silent fuck you to everyone, but what I love most about that scene is the fact that Daemon is the only one that doesn't stand for her entrance. Alicent is 100% more mad at Rhaenyra, she feels betrayed by her because she swore she was a virgin. Criston was paranoid that Laenor's lover (Joffrey) was going to say something, though that doesn't excuse him beating the guy to the point where his face looks like that. Also love that Rhaenyra is like "what? no i can't do that." when Criston asks for them to marry but then later she's practically daring Daemon to steal her away. Great reaction!

About the beginning, you seemed a bit disoriented about daemons wife, she was mentioned mostly in the first episode at the council when he told otto and viserys the sheeps look prettier, thats what she mentioned in the beginning. The two dragons before the royal wedding were Seasmoke with Leanor which fought in epsiode three in the stepstones and Meleys with Rhaenys (the red one) in her first appearance. I have to mention the theme song of house velaryon is so dope.
